From May 9th to 11th, OceanSTAR Tianjin members and their families set off for Datong, Shanxi, launching an immersive team-building journey themed " Navigate Boundless Dream, Admire Celestial Glow." Blending history with modernity and professional bonds with family ties, the trip showcased the cohesion of the OceanSTAR family through efficient collaboration and heartfelt companionship, etching unforgettable memories amidst cultural landscapes.

5月9日至11日，瀚辰天津成员及家属奔赴山西大同，以 “瀚”梦同航，“辰”光共赏 为主题，开启了一场跨越历史与现代、工作伙伴与家人挚友的沉浸式团建之旅。全员高效协同、全程温情相伴，在山水人文间书写了属于瀚辰人的凝聚力篇章！

At noon on May 9th, OceanSTAR team assembled punctually. Luggage neatly stacked, families seated in order, even children holding parents' hands in line—"efficiency" and "collaboration" proved intrinsic to OceanSTAR's DNA. Upon arrival, authentic local cuisine revitalized the group. Laughter and conversations between colleagues and families around the dining table infused the journey with a homely warmth from the very start.

5月9日中午，团队准时集结，行李箱整齐码放、家庭组有序入座，连小朋友都牵着父母的手排队——“高效”与“协同”早已深植瀚辰基因。抵达大同后，一顿地道当地美食驱散疲惫，觥筹交错间，同事与家属们的笑谈交织，让这场旅程从第一刻便充满“家”的温度。

On the second day, the team explored the UNESCO World Heritage Site—Yungang Grottoes. Beneath towering Buddha statues, children gazed in awe while colleagues and families absorbed historical narratives side by side. Here, OceanSTAR's "family-first" ethos intertwined with the legacy of Chinese civilization, transforming coworkers into cultural explorers united by shared wonder.

团建次日，全员共赴世界文化遗产云冈石窟。巍峨佛像下，孩子们仰望庄严，团队成员与家属并肩聆听历史故事，企业文化的“家”理念与中华文明的传承在此交融。这一刻，团队不仅是同事，更是文化之旅的同行者！

The afternoon of May 10th ignited team spirit! Professional coaches led lively ice-breaking games, melting barriers into laughter and applause.

5月10日下午，团建活动火热开启！专业教练以趣味破冰打破生疏，掌声与笑声中，同事变战友。

Fifteen squads tackled twelve challenges, balancing individual brilliance with collective wisdom—from mind-bending puzzles to physical coordination, strategic planning to joint problem-solving. Each team evolved into a "super squad," with top three winners and special awards epitomizing OceanSTAR's creed: "Individual excellence fuels team triumph!"

15支战队迎战12项任务，既有个人能力的锋芒展露，更需团队智慧的紧密交融。从脑力解谜到体能协作，从策略分工到合力攻坚，每支队伍都化身“超级战队”，最终前三名与特别奖项的诞生，完美诠释了“个人卓越成就团队辉煌”的企业精神！

The day culminated in a heartwarming roasted lamb banquet. Dinner inaugurated the Lamb Carving Ceremony. As aromas filled the air, toasts celebrated unity deepening under the night sky.

烤全羊晚宴温情收官：晚餐开启“开羊仪式”，香气四溢中举杯欢庆，凝聚力随夜色悄然升华。

At dawn on the 11th, the team conquered the Xuankong Temple and Mount Heng. During the climb, stronger members extended hands to assist, encouragement reverberating across slopes. With zero injuries or stragglers and many reaching the peak, the team lived their oath: "No one left behind!"

11日清晨，全员奔赴悬空寺与恒山。登山途中，强者主动帮扶，鼓励声此起彼伏；部分成员登顶，全员零受伤、零掉队，以行动践行“不抛弃、不放弃”的团队誓言！
