On February 7, 2026, the inaugural annual meeting of the OceanSTAR Elite Group Dalian Office was successfully held. Marking this milestone occasion, Mr. Paul Liang (Group CTO), Duke Gao (General Manager of Dalian Office), and all colleagues gathered at Pan Pacific Dalian Hotel Together, they reviewed the company's journey in its founding year, witnessed the brilliant demonstration of the team's strengths, and joined hands to map out the blueprint for future development.
2026年2月7日，瀚辰精英集团大连公司成功召开首届公司年会，值此里程碑时刻，集团CTO Mr. Paul Liang、大连公司总经理高峰先生及全体同仁齐聚大连泛太平洋酒店，共同回顾了公司成立元年的奋斗历程，见证了团队风采的精彩绽放，并携手擘画了未来的发展蓝图。

Reflections on Our Journey
回望征程
At the annual meeting, the management team centered their remarks around the core theme of "First Voyage, Grand Vision”. They reviewed Dalian Office’s journey of starting from scratch in 2025, emphasizing that it was the ‘lofty aspirations’ and wholehearted dedication of every team member that enabled the company to deliver an impressive performance in its inaugural year. Leaders of various departments also shared their insights and practical experiences regarding the group’s culture, turning the annual meeting venue into a collective moment of reaffirming the original aspiration for striving.
年会上，管理层围绕“瀚志凌云，辰启华章”这一主线，回顾了大连公司从零起步的2025年，正是每一位成员怀抱的“凌云之志”与全力以赴，才成就了公司首年亮眼的起步答卷。各部门负责人也分享了他们对于集团文化的感悟与实践，将年会现场凝聚成一次对奋斗初心的集体重温。
Brilliant Display of Demeanor
风采绽放
In the subsequent celebration segment, colleagues who usually focus on professionalism stepped onto the stage one after another, revealing their versatile and multi-talented side. Multiple departments jointly presented a series of spectacular performances: the humorous and innovative ‘san ju ban’ (a traditional Chinese performing art form with four performers delivering witty lines in a structured format of three short sentences plus a punchline) vividly portrayed daily work scenarios with great wit; the energetic singing and dancing performances ignited the enthusiasm of the entire audience in an instant; and the sincere and touching collective blessings deeply moved everyone present.
The lively game session and lucky draw further narrowed the distance between each other. The team demonstrated great rapport during collaboration, filling the venue with continuous laughter and cheers; the generous prizes, which conveyed the company’s care to employees, pushed the atmosphere of the venue to a climax.
在随后的庆典环节，平日专注专业的同事们纷纷登台，展现出多才多艺的另一面。多个部门联袂献上精彩纷呈的节目：幽默创新的“三句半”将工作日常演绎得妙趣横生；活力四射的歌舞表演瞬间点燃全场热情；而真挚动人的集体祝福，则深深触动了在场每一个人。
气氛热烈的游戏与幸运抽奖环节，进一步拉近了彼此距离。团队在协作中展现默契，欢声笑语不断；丰厚的奖品则将公司心意送至员工手中，将会场气氛推向高潮。

In 2025, we achieved a breakthrough from zero to one; in 2026, guided by our unwavering ‘Grand Vision’, we will stride toward a leap from one to N. The company will advance on the dual tracks of deepening its core business and strengthening talent development. By doing so, it will create a broader growth platform for every ‘OceanSTAR Elite’ and realize the mutual success of individuals and the company.
In 2025, we embarked on our journey with dedication; in 2026, we will hold fast to the same lofty aspirations, move forward hand in hand, and jointly write a more brilliant chapter for the OceanSTAR Elite Group Dalian Office.
