Trekking Through Time: Resilience in Stone
上午，我们在大连国家地质公园，开启了徒步之旅。统一的行程，象征着团队步调的一致；蜿蜒的徒步小径，则考验着个体的耐力与集体的协作。行走在壮丽的海蚀地貌与层叠的岩石褶皱之间，我们惊叹于大自然的鬼斧神工，更从中汲取力量。那些历经风雨侵蚀依然屹立不倒的岩层，无声地诉说着坚韧与持久——正是我们团队精神的写照：面对挑战，勇毅前行；立足根基，稳中求进。在探索自然奇迹的同时，我们也在探索团队潜能的边界。
In the morning, we kicked off our hiking journey at Dalian National Geopark. The synchronized itinerary symbolized the team's unified pace, while the winding hiking trails testsd the endurance of individuals and collective collaboration. Walking among the magnificent marine erosion landforms and layered rock folds, we marveled at the extraordinary craftsmanship of nature and draw strength from it. The rock formations that have withstood wind and rain for eons silently telling the story of tenacity and perseverance - a vivid reflection of our team spirit: facing challenges with courage and moving forward bravely; standing on solid foundations and pursuing progress steadily. As we explored natural wonders, we also pushed the boundaries of our team's potential.

午时，阳光正好，我们抵达今石秋谷露营地，在开阔的草坪与清新的空气中，围坐一堂，共享精心准备的午餐，更是一场心与心的交流。少了工作的紧迫，多了分享的惬意。大家畅谈生活趣事，交流工作心得，不同部门、不同背景的同事在轻松的氛围中加深了解，笑声与微风一同在营地流淌。短暂的露营时光，是放空，是充电，更是团队情感的“深度连接”。我们深知，优秀的员工是企业最宝贵的财富，而关怀员工的身心健康、营造和谐互助的团队氛围，是我们始终如一的承诺。
At noon, with the sun shining gently, we arrived at Jinshi Qiugu Campsite. Gathered on the open lawn embraced by fresh air, we shared a carefully prepared lunch while engaging in heartfelt conversations. Free from work pressures, the atmosphere was filled with the joy of sharing. Colleagues from diverse departments and backgrounds exchanged life anecdotes and professional insights, deepening mutual understanding in a relaxed setting. Laughter mingled with the breeze, flowing through the campsite. This brief camping interlude was not just a moment to unwind and recharge, but a "deep connection" for team bonds. We firmly believe that outstanding employees are an enterprise's most valuable asset, and our unwavering commitment is to care for their physical and mental well-being while fostering a harmonious, supportive team culture.

Carrying the grandeur of the geopark and the warmth of the campsite, we began our return journey. Though physically tired, our hearts were profoundly fulfilled. This was not just an unforgettable encounter with nature, but a forging and elevation of team spirit. In our shared exploration, we witnessed each other's support; in moments of sharing, we felt the team's warmth; in facing challenges, we strengthened the power of collaboration.
