SINGAPORE, May 30, 2023 -- OceanSTAR Elite Group (“OEG”) is pleased to announce that it has, on 25 May 2023, entered into a memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) with Synergy Engineering Group (“SEG”) to establish a Joint Venture Company (“JV”) in the field of offshore oil &gas providing full engineering solutions for FPSO/FLNG/FPU/Semi-submersibles/Tension Leg Platform projects, which includes topside modules and hull & marine engineering targeting International Clientele.
2023年5月30日，瀚辰精英集团（OceanSTAR Elite Group，简称OEG）非常荣幸地宣布：本司已于2023年5月25日在新加坡与Synergy Engineering集团（简称Synergy）签署战略合作备忘录，旨在于海上油气领域建立一家合资公司，为FPSO/FLNG/FPU/半潜式平台/张力腿式平台项目提供完整全面的工程解决方案，其中包括针对国际客户的上层模块、船体和海洋工程。
This MOU allows both parties to collectively share their manpower resources and explore potential collaboration as it relates to technical and operational aspects of upstream oil & gas engineering projects and as well as jointly evaluate and consider potential acquisitions and other new business opportunities that both parties agree to be of interest. The agreement allows the companies to leverage their respective strengths and expertise in the evaluation and the future pursuit and development of energy and other projects in the world.
这份战略合作备忘录允许双方共享人力资源、探寻与上游油气工程项目在技术与运营方面的潜在合作机会，并共同评估和考虑双方都感兴趣的潜在收购和其他新的商务机会。两家公司将充分发挥各自的优势和专业知识，在评估、未来追求、发展全球能源及其他项目等方面实现合作。
