Amidst the crisp autumn breeze, the team from OceanSTAR Elite Wuhan embarked on a journey to Xiandao Lake in Huangshi City. Against a backdrop of shimmering lakes and islands, we launched our themed retreat "Together Toward Bright Horizons," embracing nature to reconnect, recharge, and bond as one team.
金风送爽，春华秋实。在这美好的金秋时节，瀚辰精英武汉公司全体员工赴湖北黄石仙岛湖，在碧波万顷与星罗岛屿之间，开启一场主题为“瀚歌同行，辰光万里”的休闲之旅，去拥抱自然，释放活力，增进情谊。
On the morning of November 1st, we arrived at Xian Island Lake by noon. A lakeside lunch kicked off the journey, followed by warm-up activities that led straight into off-roading and kayaking adventures.
11月1日清晨出发，正午抵达。一顿特色的湖鲜午餐，开启了本次仙岛湖之旅。短暂休整后，在教练的带领下，轻松又有趣的热身活动，为接下来的山地越野挑战和水上皮划艇活动拉开序幕。
Courage and collaboration unfolded that afternoon, amid the serene landscape of the lake and hills.
勇气与挑战，力量与协作于午后仙岛湖的山水之间交替上演。
Teams quickly gathered on the clear blue waters, paddles slicing through the surface. With every stroke during the races and "water piano" game, a shared rhythm connected everyone, while laughter echoed across the lake.
碧波之上，桨板划开澄澈湖面，队伍快速集结。在竞速和水上钢琴等活动中，协作的默契在每一次挥桨中悄然凝结，游戏的欢乐声回荡山水间。

Breaking the quiet of the forest, ATVs roared through rugged trails. We charged up slopes and sped through mud, sharing thrills where assistance was never far.
山野之间，无畏山峰与泥泞，越野车引擎轰鸣，打破山林宁静。冲陡坡、越泥坑，在飞跃中释放激情；行进中的每一次避让、每一次等待，更见团队温暖与担当。

Off-load Racing
As night fell, a bonfire glowed by the shore. Colleagues became family, grilling and chatting under the stars. The barbecue brought us closer, and as music rose and fireworks lit the sky, the first day ended in warmth and joy.
夜幕降临，湖畔篝火点燃。是同事亦是“家人”，在星空下边烤边聊，一场自助烧烤加深了彼此的了解。美食过后，歌声响起，篝火晚会点燃了所有人的激情，在精彩的游戏和灿烂的烟花中第一天的活动圆满结束。

The next day, we ascended to the “Sky City”. Walking through forest paths and stepping onto the “Sky Mirror”, we beheld a stunning vista of islands below-a moment of pure, elevated tranquility.
次日，我们前往天空之城，穿越丛林，在“天空之镜”踏足而行、步入云端，俯瞰千岛胜景，享受亲近自然的轻松和惬意。
Afternoon saw our departure, carrying with us renewed energy and deepened bonds. More than just a scenic escape, this retreat truly brought colleagues closer as a cohesive community.
午后，带着湖风的清新与满心的欢愉我们踏上归程。这次秋日之旅，不仅是山水相逢，更是人与人的靠近。
We believe every team member matters. As each “small family” grows stronger, together we shine brighter-moving forward toward boundless horizons.
