On April 11, 2026, as OceanSTAR Elite Group Wuhan Company was about to celebrate its 4th anniversary, Group Chairman - James Zhang, together with his family, joined employees and their families for a Family Day. They enjoyed the spring, shared thoughts on work and life, and offered hopes for the future.

Indoor Team Building – Unity in Action
室内拓展，聚力同心
In the morning, light rain fell. At an indoor venue at the foot of Jiuzhen Mountain, the team took part in a fun, collaborative, and challenging team building event. The session began with icebreaker activities that quickly brought everyone together. Teams were formed, and members grew closer while coming up with team names and slogans.
上午，天空飘着小雨。在九真山山脚下的室内场地，全员开展了一场趣味、协作和挑战兼具的拓展活动。活动伊始，通过一系列破冰互动，大家迅速融入其中，着手组建起各自的团队，并在设计队名和口号的过程中增进了解。

After that, a series of activities took place: Land Dragon Boat, Rolling Fortune, Tower Building Together, and Power Rope Circle. In a lively atmosphere full of laughter, these challenges tested everyone’s wisdom and strategy, while also strengthening team cohesion and communication.
随后，旱地龙舟、财源滚滚、合力建塔、动力绳圈等一系列的项目依次开展。在热烈的气氛和欢声笑语中既考验了大家的智慧与策略，也增强了团队的凝聚力与沟通协作意识。
At noon, everyone shared lunch under an outdoor canopy, chatting and relaxing. It was a great chance to unwind, enjoy nature, and take a break from work.
中午，大家在户外天幕下共享午餐，轻松闲聊；在工作之余放松身心，亲近自然。

The April mountains were lush and green. In the gentle rain, the air was fresh and the streams ran joyfully.

In the afternoon, after a warm-up, everyone set off on a hike with team-based tasks to complete. Family members and children joined enthusiastically, working together to tackle challenges. The mountain path was slippery, but that didn’t stop anyone. Climbing through clouds and greenery, they measured the scenery with their steps and moved forward as one. At the summit, surrounded by mist, their smiles shone brighter than ever, leaving behind an unforgettable rainy-day memory.
午后，全员在一场热身活动后，带着各自团队的解锁任务踏上登山之路。家属和孩子们热情加入，携手闯关。山路湿滑，却挡不住脚步。在云雾与绿意间攀登，用脚步丈量风景，以同心共赴征程。登顶那一刻，云雾缭绕，笑容格外灿烂，留下一段难忘的雨中记忆。
Warm Return – Looking Ahead
温暖返程，期待未来
After the hike, everyone gathered at the foot of the mountain for a warm meal, ending the day together. Throughout the day, there was trust and teamwork, shared food and warmth, wind and rain shared side by side – and with kindness and trust, they created their own sunny day.
登山活动结束后，大家相聚于山脚以一餐温暖的美食结束一天的相伴。 一整天，信任与协作；烟火与温情；风雨与陪伴 - 大家用彼此的善意与信任撑起一片晴天。

OceanSTAR Elite Wuhan Company ("OSWH"), established in April 2022, is located in Wuhan Optics Valley East Lake High-tech Development Zone as a core operating entity of OceanSTAR Elite Group in China. Guided by the Group’s strategy, it has grown rapidly into a 100+ engineering R&D team with about 2,000 sqm office space. The team has completed multiple offshore oil & gas projects worldwide, offering full disciplines of Front End Engineering Design and Detailed Design capabilities.
