2026年4月22日，瀚辰精英集团（OSE）邀请美国船级社（ABS）到访新加坡办公室，为OS ELITE-800项目举办AiP认证授证仪式。此次认证，是集团在新一代标准化浮式平台方案研发进程中的重要里程碑。
美国船级社颁发的此项AiP认证，既是对OS ELITE-800设计理念的认可，也体现出瀚辰精英集团在研发海上能源领域实用、可规模化推广、贴合市场需求的浮式平台方案上持续取得进展。同时也印证了，在项目设计初期与头部船级社深度合作的重要意义，能够夯实技术可靠性，为后续项目落地应用提供支撑。
OS ELITE系列秉持“一型设计、多型通用建造”理念打造，是可通用的标准化船体方案，可应用于浮式生产装置、浮式储油装置以及浮式生产储卸油装置。该系列将标准化设计与灵活定制相结合，能够适配各类项目需求、定制专属方案，为浮式平台研发打造更高效、适用性更强的开发路径。
作为OS ELITE系列的重要型号，OS ELITE-800专为储油量60万桶至80万桶的海上项目设计。该型号与OS ELITE-400、OS ELITE-600、OS ELITE-1600共同构成集团完整的系列化浮式平台设计体系，可满足不同储油量、不同开发场景下的各类项目需求。
OS ELITE系列围绕工程可靠、全周期价值、系统集成、定制适配、经济高效五大核心原则开展设计。依托该设计理念，瀚辰精英集团力求打造技术成熟可靠的浮式平台方案，兼顾全生命周期效益、集成应用效率与项目个性化需求，最终为客户提供更贴合实际使用需求的定制化方案。

On April 22, 2026, OceanSTAR Elite Group (“OSE”) welcomed ABS to its Singapore office for the Approval in Principle (AiP) award ceremony for OS ELITE-800, marking an important milestone in the development of OSE’s next-generation standardized floater solutions.
The AiP award from ABS reflects recognition of the OS ELITE-800 design concept and demonstrates continued progress in OSE’s efforts to develop practical, scalable and market-oriented floating solutions for the offshore energy industry. It also highlights the value of close collaboration with a leading classification society at an early design stage to strengthen technical confidence and support future project applications.
Built on the “Design-One, Built-Many” concept, the OS ELITE Series is developed as a standardized generic hull solution for FPU, FSO and FPSO applications. The series is intended to provide a more efficient and adaptable pathway for floater development by combining standardization with the flexibility needed to support different project requirements and fit-for-purpose solutions.
As an important member of the OS ELITE Series, OS ELITE-800 is designed for projects with storage in the 600,000 to 800,000 barrel range. Together with OS ELITE-400, OS ELITE-600 and OS ELITE-1600, it forms part of OSE’s broader series-based approach to floater design, offering solutions across different storage capacities and development scenarios.
The OS ELITE Series is guided by the core principles of Engineering, Lifecycle, Integrated, Tailored and Efficient. Through this design philosophy, OSE aims to deliver floater solutions that are not only technically robust, but also better aligned with lifecycle value, integration efficiency and project-specific needs, ultimately supporting more fit-for-purpose applications for clients.
This AiP milestone further strengthens OSE’s technical development roadmap and reflects the company’s continued commitment to innovation in offshore floating solutions.
