共筑家园 温暖同行丨西部航空飞行部外籍中队举办团建活动：强化飞行安全，共享速度与激情

会议于下午13:30在际华园旅游中心准时开始。会议中，外籍中队共28位中外籍飞行员聚在一起，共同回顾过去一年的飞行经验，并深入探讨近期发生的不安全事件案例，集中讨论飞行安全问题，以及在特定不安全情况下的最佳飞行操作实践。会议内容包括复飞的正确执行方法、EGPWS地形警告系统的探测原理分析、EGPWS地形的记忆项目在不同飞行阶段的实际应用、以及结合实际运行对TCAS改出记忆项目的正确应对措施，同时结合公司的实际运行条件，严格执行总师通告和业务通告，合理判断并实施相关条件。另外，随着寒潮的临近，会议还将特别强调低温运行和除防冰的重要性，并进行宣贯，以确保每位飞行员都能掌握必要的知识和技能，以应对即将到来的低温天气。

The meeting will commence promptly at 13:30 at the Ji Hua Garden Tourism Center. During the meeting, 28 Chinese and foreign pilots from the foreign squadron will gather to review their flying experiences from the past year, delve into recent unsafe event cases, and focus on discussing flight safety issues as well as best practices for flight operations in specific unsafe situations. The agenda includes the correct execution of go-arounds, an analysis of the detection principles of the Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System (EGPWS), the practical application of EGPWS terrain memory projects in different flight phases, and the correct response measures for TCAS (Traffic Collision Avoidance System) resolution memory projects in line with actual operations. They will also strictly implement the Chief Pilot’s Advisory and operation notices, making reasonable judgments and implementing relevant conditions according to the company’s actual operating conditions. Additionally, as the cold wave approaches, the meeting will also emphasize the importance of low-temperature operations and de-icing, conducting propaganda to ensure that every pilot masters the necessary knowledge and skills to cope with the upcoming cold weather.

下午的团建活动以一场3小时的滑雪体验拉开序幕。在专业滑雪教练的带领下，飞行员们穿上了滑雪服，戴上了护目镜，脚踏滑雪板，手持滑雪杖，准备在雪道上留下自己的足迹。滑雪教练首先进行了基础的滑雪技巧教学，包括如何保持平衡、如何控制速度以及如何安全摔倒和站起。飞行员们聚精会神地听着，随后在教练的指导下，开始在初级滑道上练习。

随着技巧的逐渐熟练，一些飞行员开始挑战中级滑道，享受从高处滑下的速度和刺激。滑雪馆内不时传来欢笑声和欢呼声，即使是偶尔的摔倒，也成了大家互相鼓励、互相帮助的温馨时刻。滑雪不仅是一次身体上的挑战，更是一次心灵上的交流。在这片银装素裹的世界里，国籍和语言的差异被冰雪的乐趣所消融，团队成员之间的友谊在共同的体验中得到了加深。

Team-Building Activities —— Experiencing the Thrill of Skiing

The team-building activities kicked off with a 3-hour skiing experience. Under the guidance of professional ski instructors, the pilots donned warm ski suits, goggles, and skis, and grasped their poles, ready to leave their marks on the slopes. The ski instructors first provided basic skiing skills training, including how to maintain balance, control speed, and safely fall and get up. The pilots listened attentively before starting to practice on the beginner’s slope under the instructors’ guidance.

As their skills gradually improved, some pilots began to challenge the intermediate slope, enjoying the speed and thrill of descending from a height. Laughter and cheers filled the ski dome, and even the occasional falls turned into warm moments of encouragement and assistance. Skiing was not only a physical challenge but also a spiritual exchange. In this world of silver-white snow, differences in nationality and language were melted away by the joy of snow sports, and the friendship among team members deepened through shared experiences.

For beginners, skiing might be challenging, but with the patient guidance of the instructors and the mutual encouragement of team members, everyone found joy in trying. Some pilots took pictures of each other during the skiing process, capturing these unforgettable moments, while others shared hot chocolate and warm conversations in the rest area beside the slope, enjoying the warmth of the team and the happiness brought by skiing.

在重庆际华园的极限运动区域，28位飞行员体验了一系列激动人心的极限运动。包括室内跳伞、平板冲浪以及极限攀岩，每一项都是对参与者身体和心理极限的挑战。室内跳伞让飞行员们体验到了飞翔的快感，风洞中240公里/小时的风速模拟了真实的跳伞环境。平板冲浪则让参与者在模拟的海浪中感受冲浪的刺激，极限攀岩则考验了他们的力量和耐力。这些活动不仅让飞行员们释放了压力，也增强了团队成员之间的信任和合作。

在极限运动的挑战中，飞行员们相互鼓励，共同面对困难，每一次成功的登顶或平稳的着陆都伴随着团队的欢呼和掌声。这些活动让飞行员们在紧张的工作之余，体验到了户外运动的乐趣，同时也锻炼了他们的团队协作能力。

Extreme Sports Challenge —— Release and Challenge of the Self

In the extreme sports area of Chongqing Jihua Garden, the 28 pilots experienced a series of thrilling extreme sports. These included indoor skydiving, flowboarding, and rock climbing, each challenging the participants’ physical and mental limits. Indoor skydiving allowed the pilots to experience the thrill of flying, with wind speeds of 240 km/h in the wind tunnel simulating a real skydiving environment. Flowboarding let participants feel the excitement of surfing on simulated waves, while rock climbing tested their strength and endurance. These activities not only allowed the pilots to release stress but also strengthened the trust and cooperation among team members.

During the extreme sports challenges, the pilots encouraged each other and faced difficulties together. Each successful summit or smooth landing was met with cheers and applause from the team. These activities allowed the pilots to experience the joy of outdoor sports amidst their busy work schedules and also honed their team collaboration skills.
