近日卧龙传动公司成功与昆明红星荣和纸业有限公司签订变频器采购合同，将为其提供10套高压变频器及220套低压变频器。设备将应用在客户主要生产线，通过精准控制电机的运行状态，实现生产过程优化，有效降低能耗同时提升生产效率。此外，变频器的应用还将减少设备的磨损，降低维护成本，从而显著提高整体的经济效益。

     Recently Wolong Drive Company successfully signed a purchase contract of inverter with Kunming Red Star Ronghe Paper Co., Ltd. and will provide 10 sets of high-voltage inverters and 220 sets of low-voltage inverters. The VFDs will be applied in the main production line of the customer to realize the optimization of the production process by precisely controlling the operation status of the motor, effectively reducing the energy consumption and improving the production efficiency at the same time. In addition, the application of frequency converters will also reduce the wear and tear of the equipment and lower maintenance costs, thus significantly improving the overall economic efficiency.

Wolong Drive provides 12 sets of BPJ-400/1140K explosion-proof and intrinsically safe mining inverters for the explosion-proof inverter project of Shouyang Kaiyuan Mine. These inverters support four-quadrant operation, which can be operated at both driving and generation conditions, and they are especially suitable for the application of the downstream belt conveyor to ensure that the equipments can be operated in a safe and smooth way.
