3.通过表面精压，显著提高表面粗糙度（∠Ra0.2μm）；
4.对工件表面曲线跟踪加工（曲线最低点至最高点不能超过2mm）。

使用方法 Use
将工件直接装夹在车床的刀架下，点压内孔时，如同镗刀镗内孔加工；点压外径
时，如同车刀车外径。加工球面需专用车床。
加工前点压球应离工件1~2mm，车床旋转后启动油压装置，点压球自动
接触工作，就可以开始加工。

注意事项 Precautions
1.加工过程中，要保证油压装置内的油清洁并有充分的流量；
2.加工长轴外径时，需顶住中心孔；
3.加工铝料等软金属时，油压值要调低；
4.加工盲孔时，有3.2mm不能到底部；
5.加工前工件表面粗糙度值Ra3.2左右;
6.避免点压球受到撞击。
