On Friday night we had a match against GFU, this match resulted in a 13-6 loss. This is the first loss of this season and we hope it will be our last.
上周五晚上，我们红狮青训与伟大足球俱乐部进行了一场友谊赛，结果以13比6的比分负于对手，遭遇了新赛季的首场失利，我们将从中吸取教训，努力改正，希望这是我们最后一场失利。
Saturday and Sunday were both very succesful days at Laoshan, although the weather was not really good the attendance was. On Saturday we had a technical but also tactical training with the older group, and a fun educational training with the youngest. On Sunday the youngest group started with our usual English lessons and the oldest group had a great training session provided by our Head of Youth Development Roel Cramer and Assistant Coach first team Robin Westerman.
周六周天的训练虽然出勤率不高但是我们的训练还是非常充实的。周六的训练中，我们给高年级组进行了技术训练和战术演练，而对于低年级的球员，我们依旧是兴趣为主的趣味足球训练。在周天，低年级的小朋友们在训练之前参与了红狮的英文课，高年级的训练由鲁尔教练和罗宾教练同时带队，气氛十分热烈。
At Licang and Chengyang, the groups were smaller than usual but that didnt stop the coaches from putting in a lot of energy and making the training sessions great. At Chengyang we even had a few new players joining the training session, whom we hope will also join our academy.
在李沧和城阳的训练，虽然上周出勤的人数不及以往，但是教练们依旧精心准备了训练。可喜的是，在城阳区我们迎来几名新来试训的新球员，希望以后他们可以加入我们。
On Monday, Robin and Roel visited Nanwan school to give a nice training session on a great sunny day, after a rainy weekend. Last but not least, just like every week Roel and Massimo gave a fun educational training at the Jihongtan school. We at the Qingdao Red Lions are very pleased to see that all the students at these schools are enjoying the training sessions and also improving a lot. For this we have to thank all our first team players who go to these schools daily to train the children.
在周一，鲁尔和罗宾教练一同去了南万小学并给那里的孩子们带去了原汁原味的荷兰足球训练课，就像之前鲁尔和马西莫教练在棘洪滩小学带去的趣味十足的训练一样，孩子都非常喜欢。作为青岛红狮的外籍青训教练，看到孩子们如此热爱足球并不断提高自己的足球技巧，由衷的感谢并钦佩每天不辞辛苦给这两所学校带训练的来自红狮一队的国内球员们！
