"Hello everyone! Last week I startedworking as a new youth coach at QRL and I therefore would like to introducemyself. My name is Ma Din (28 years old) and I'm born and raised in theNetherlands.
大家好，从上周开始我正式成为红狮青训教练组的一员，再次我想做一个简短的自我介绍。我叫马丁，今年28岁，出生也成长于荷兰。
In my village I was known to be a talentedfootballer. I therefore grew up with the conviction I'd become a professionalplayer one day. I got scouted several times, but at the age of 18 I realized Iwould probably not exceed the level of a semi-professional. I kept playing andalso gave training, but in the meanwhile I earned 3 BSc and 2 MSc at theUniversity of Amsterdam.
在我的家乡，大家都觉得我是一名非常有天赋的球员，因此在我的成长过程中我也坚信将来有一天我能够成为一名职业足球运动员。我被几家俱乐部考察过数次，但是在我19岁的时候，我逐渐意识到以我当时的水平发展下去，可能很难达到顶级联赛的水平。但是我并没有放弃对足球的追求和训练。此后我在阿姆斯特丹大学获得了3个学士学位和2个硕士学位。
After my latest degree a friend of mineinformed me about an ambitious new football project in China: the Chinesegovernment had just announced that they wanted to reform their football cultureand they were searching for 'foreign football experts' to develop their youtheducation system. I applied and got hired. During that project I worked 1,5years in Shenzhen, trained many players and learned a lot about Chinese youthfootball. I also got to know Roel and Robin and they told me about QRL. After Ifinished my work in Shenzhen, Roel invited me to come to Qingdao and that's howI ended up here.
在我拿到最后一个学位的时候，我的朋友向我推荐了一个雄心勃勃的中国足球计划，中国政府希望通过这个项目来培养并发展中国的足球文化，同时他们也在寻找外籍足球教练来构建适合中国的青训体系。我申请并成功加入了这个项目，随后我在深圳工作了一年半的时间，在于许多球员和教练的相处过程中逐渐的了解中国青少年足球的发展。项目期间我也有幸结识了鲁尔和罗宾，并通过他们知道了青岛红狮这家足球俱乐部。在结束深圳的工作之后，鲁尔邀请我来到青岛，成为红狮青训教练组的一员。
I think Qingdao is a very beautiful city andI believe QRL has serious potential with the Chinese football reforms currentlyin full swing. I'm impressed about what the club managed to achieve in such ashort period of time and I will do my best effort to maintain and foster thatgrowth. Hopefully our mutual efforts will lead to lots of happiness andsuccess!"
