12月第一周开始，我们的签约球员开始放寒假，但这并不代表我们的一队没有任何进程。12月大部分时间我们的签约球员仍然（自愿）参加了我们的平日训练，同时我们也欢迎其余球员参加这些训练课程。这也帮我们为下个赛季获得了一些新球员。下周一队将继续进行他们的训练课程。Since the first week of December our contract players entered their winter holiday. This doesn't mean that nothing was happening in our first team. For the greater part of December most contract players still (voluntarily) participated in weekday training sessions. Outside players were welcome to attend those training sessions as well. This resulted in some interesting new players for the next season. Next week the first team will proceed with their normal training sessions again.
我们的梯队（18岁以下队伍）也在冬季继续训练，训练课程吸引了每天30-40人的出勤率。因此，我们正在考虑建立一支16岁以下的队伍。这两支青年队伍将为我们培养球员，将来有机会为一队助力。请有才华的（！）中国（！）青少年球员（14至20岁）周五晚上（19:30至21:00）在崂山足球公园来展示自己的才华吧。Our talent team (under 18) has also continued training during the winter. Their winter sessions attracted excellent attendance rates of 30 - 40 players per session. As a consequence, we are considering to build an under 16 formation. With both of these youth formations we aim to develop players that will strengthen our first team one day. Talented (!) Chinese (!) youth players (14– 20 years old) are invited to prove themselves in our Friday evening sessions (19.30 till 21.00) at the Laoshan Football Park.
与此同时，我们的一队和梯队部分球员也共同参加了加瑞美新年杯比赛。两个月来，我们与青岛地区较强的业余球队进行周日比赛。青岛红狮队赢得了所有比赛的胜利，并在上周日参加了决赛。我们在决赛中占据主动并创造了很多很好的机会，然而直到下半场我们才得到第一个进球。葛盛祥将比分改写为1-0 (68')，从那一刻起我们就全力扩大我们的领先地位。但是在离比赛结束还有五分钟时我们在禁区附近丢了一个任意球，使我们陷入麻烦，对方把比分扳平。最终决赛结果由罚球决定，我们的对手在第三和第四个球失误了，而我们的于海洋、Zakariya、方梓懿和刘翼都顺利拿下。这样，我们赢得了加瑞美新年杯冠军。祝贺我们的球员，让我们共同期待一个成功的新赛季！In the meanwhile a mix of first team and talent team players participated in the Jia Rui Mei New Year Cup. For two months we played Sunday matches against the stronger amateur teams of the Qingdao region. Our QRL delegation managed to win all their matches and played the final of this Cup last Sunday. We dominated this final and created several big chances. It took us however till the second half to score our first goal. Ge Shengxiang signed up for the 1-0 (68'). From that moment onwards it seemed to be a matter of expanding our lead. Instead we got ourselves into trouble by giving away a free kick near our penalty box. This shot landed in, equalizing the score, with still 5 minutes to play. Eventually the Cup final had to be decided by penalties. Our opponent missed their 3rd and 4rd shot, while Yu Haiyang, Zakariya, Fang Ziyi and Liu Yi respectively all scored theirs. This resulted in us winning the Jia Rui Mei New Year Cup. We congratulate our players with their trophy and we look forward to the new season!
