这是一个关于坚持和关爱的故事，一个小伙伴的鞋带开了，两个小朋友过来帮忙，他们稚嫩的手法和呆萌的样子，甚至为了了解鞋带是怎么系的而把自己的鞋带解开，看着实在让人忍俊不禁。但是细细的回味一下，孩子们那种坚持和关爱的品质实在是让我们这些成年人感动，而这其中更是有一种淋漓尽致的体育精神。
This is a video of a story aboutpersistence and friendship, a buddy whose shoelace was untied , and two friendsjust came to help. One kid even untied his shoelace in order to know how to tieit ,which really makes us can not help laughing. However , when you look backon this story, the persistence and friendship, which were fully shown by their immaturebehaviors , really touched us to some extent.
从红狮青训的建立到逐步壮大，我们见过许许多多的家长说过，家里最忙的就是孩子了，别看那么小，日程安排的满满的，书法、国画、钢琴还有机器人课，让孩子过来踢踢球，锻炼一下身体挺好的。我为这些家长们感到庆幸，或许他们仅仅看到了孩子能在体育锻炼中获得身体素质上的提升，事实上孩子们能从足球中收获更多。正如教育家陶行知先生所说：“唯体育可培养健全的人格”，一场足球比赛也恰恰是人生的一个缩影，一场比赛中有目标、有策略、有队友、有对手，过程中需要耐心、专注，需要遵守规则，需要沟通、交流，比赛节奏不停的变化，有高潮、有低谷、有僵持、有突破，必然也有随之而来的兴奋、喜悦、挫折和悲伤。在体育精神的熏陶下，相信孩子们也将会把这种精神带到他们生活之中、融入他们人格之内。
Since the qingdao redlions youth academywas established , I have met so many parents who always states that the kid isthe busiest one among all family members, almost every day such a young kid hasto take different kinds of after-school activity classes including calligraphy lessons,painting lessons , piano lessons and even robot-tech lessons, and as an adult ,we can not imagine how much pressure those young kids have to shoulder, butthanks to your training academy , anyway , my kids finally get an opportunityto do some physical activities and relax. Those parents are so lucky, maybethey only realize that their kids could improve their physical condition in ourfootball training sessions , but actually those kids can gain more than whatthey could imagine. Just like what a chinese famous educator xingzhi tao eversaid “doing sports plays the most important role in cultivating the soundpersonality ”, a football game is like a microcosm of life ,there are ups anddowns , joys and sorrows. The patience and focus , brave and wisdom,communication and direction ,friends and opponents are also needed in it. We stronglybelieve that those kids deeply influenced by playing football will bedefinitely developed well and are able to cope with different kinds of problemswhen they grow up.
红狮青训在创立之初就秉持“尊重与沟通，激励与成长”的原则，并结合荷兰足球青训的训练方法，给中国的小足球运动员们带来原汁原味的足球体验。耐心的讲解，平等的沟通，积极向上的竞争，让红狮青训成为足球训练里不带有功利色彩的一股清流。竞技体育本身的残酷让我们知道能够成为天赋异禀的职业足球运动员的孩子少之又少，即便如此，我们依旧鼓励孩子们为自己所热爱的足球不断奋斗不断努力，至少等这些年幼的孩子们长大了，哪怕没有从事职业足球的事业，也可以在工作之余，叫上小时候帮他系鞋带的朋友们在绿茵场上挥洒汗水，回忆童年美好的故事。
When we establish the qingdao redlionsyouth academy in the very beginning, we always insist our training principles, “respectand communication, inspiration and cultivation”, combined with Dutch footballtraining system , we are looking forward to offer the original footballtraining to those Chinese young football players, which makes our training isquite different from local ones.
Even though we know that there will not beso many football players who can be promoted to the professional level, westill encourage our young kids to follow what they love and fight for theirdream. At least , when those kid grows up even if they would not work in theprofessional sports area , they can call some friends, who helped him to tieshoelace when they were really young , to play football together, enjoying therelaxing time after work and recalling the wonderful memory of their childhood.
