红狮足球学校 - 崂山校区 LAOSHAN ACADEMY
与许多中国的足球俱乐部一样，青岛红狮队在2015年中国足球改革后不久就成立了。因此我们俱乐部的历史比较短暂，但是在外国投资者的帮助下，我们很快就成功建立了一队。一队目前正在参加中国最高级业余联赛，目标是在今年年底晋级乙级职业联赛。The Qingdao Fortschritt Red Lions was established shortly after the Chinese football reforms of 2015. Our history is therefore still short till non-existant, but with the help of foreign investors we managed to build an impressive first squad in that short period of time. Our first team is currently participating in the highest amateur league of China, aiming to qualify to the 2nd Pro League by the end of this year.
为了俱乐部的未来，我们也正在以专业标准发展我们的足球学校。足球学校的主要基地目前位于崂山足球公园内，可容纳200名3至18岁的学员。In preperation of this bigger ambition, we are also developing our youth academy up to professional standards. Our main base is located at the Laoshan Football Park and holds up to 200 members ranging 3 till 18 years old.
我们所有的主教练都是由世界著名的荷兰足球体系培训出的持有专业执教证书的外国教练。荷兰足球是有吸引力的足球，强调进攻和技术实践。Our head coaches are foreign and licensed to work according to the world renowned Dutch football system. Dutch football implies attractive football, with a lot of emphasis on attacking and technical drills.
于3至16岁的学员，我们提供常规训练课程（U6，U9，U13，U16），适用于办理会员并符合年龄标准的每个孩子。我们也欢迎没有办理会员的未满16岁的青少年来体验常规训练课程，第一次试听是免费的。We provide regular training sessions for students between 3 till 16 years old (U6, U9, U13, U16). Our regular training sessions are accessible for everyone who purchased our membership and fits within our age criteria. Under 16 years olds, without a membership, are welcomed to attend regular sessions as well, since first trial sessions are always free.
除了常规训练课程，我们还有精英训练课程（U9，U13，U17，U19）。精英训练课程免费，但只有我们学校最有才华的队员才可以参加，我们将亲自挑选参加精英训练课程的队员。In addition to our regular training sessions we also organize Elite training sessions (U9, U13, U17, U19). The Elite sessions are free of costs, but only accesible for the most talented members of our academy. Talented members will be selected by our trainers, which implies that you should not attend these sessions if you are not invited to do so!
