同去年一样，青岛红狮队今年也将参加青岛足协杯，作为参加青岛城市联赛的完美热身。16支队伍将共同角逐这届青岛足协杯冠军的奖杯。包括青岛弗驰瑞特红狮队在内的14支队伍将从首轮开始比赛，另外两支队伍鲲鹏和英联将直接晋级四分之一决赛因为他们参加了2018年中国足协杯资格赛。
Similar to last year Qingdao Red Lions will be taking part in the Qingdao FA Cup, which is regarded by the club as a perfect warm up to the Qingdao League. Sixteen teams will be hoping to lift this years Qingdao FA Cup trophy. Fourteen teams, including our Fortschritt Red Lions, will start in the first round. Two teams are seeded for the quarter finals, because they take part in 2018 China FA Cup (Kunpeng & Yinglian).
第一轮中两个小组前两名和两个小组头名将和两支种子球队一起进入四分之一决赛。
The first round of this years Qingdao FA Cup will see 4 groups from which the group winners, plus the two best second place finishers, will join the two seeded teams for the quarter finals.
弗驰瑞特红狮队和麦联以及爱卡呀队分在C组，小组赛赛程安排如下：
1月14日 周日 11:00 弗驰瑞特红狮 - 麦联
1月21日 周日 11:00 爱卡呀 - 弗驰瑞特红狮
两场比赛都将在崂山足球公园进行，位于梅岭东路和云岭路路口。
Fortschritt Red Lions is placed in Group C with Qingdao Mailian and Qingdao Aikaya. Our Qingdao FA Cup group games are as follows:

Both games will be played at the Laoshan Football Park, at the junction of Meiling East road & Yunling road.
