红狮青训会员管理制度 (MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS)

课程卡为虚拟卡，会员可通过青岛红狮微信公众号实时查询课程卡的购买次数及使用次数。每名学员课程卡为实名制使用，不得转借或转售；

The course card is a virtual card. Members can check the number of purchases and uses of the course card in real time through the Qingdao Red Lions WeChat official account. Each student's course card is for real-name use and cannot be lent or resold;

正常训练课，一次课程或一场比赛计一次课时。大型活动、集训等消课时方法根据活动时间及规模等另行确定。赴埠外进行比赛等活动不在此使用范围，亦不可进行费用扣减；

For regular Qingdao Red Lions youth football training, one training session or one organized game is counted as one time of football training. The method of counting training times for other activities and training camps will be determined separately according to the period and scale of the activity. Tournament outside the city for competitions and other activities is not in this scope of use and fee deductions are not allowed;

课前48小时，教练员将进行课程通知，每次训练前一天，您将收到微信群内的“训练通知”。因事因病无法正常参加训练的学员，可单独联系带队教练请假。请最迟于训练开始前两小时请假，过时不接受任何理由请补假，未进行请假或未在规定时间内请假的将视为无效；

48 hours before the class, the academy will officially give a notice of the training sessions. The day before each training, you will receive a "training notice" in the WeChat group. Trainees who are unable to participate in the training normally due to illness can contact the specific coach to ask for leave. Please ask for leave no later than two hours before the start of the training. If it is out of date, no reason to ask for leave is accepted. If you fail to ask for leave or ask for leave within the specified time, it will be considered invalid;

极端天气（雷雨天气和重度污染天气）将会集体停课，停课以训练前1小时的家长群通知为准。重度污染以青岛市环境保护监测中心发布的所在校区区域数据为准，220以上界定为重度污染；

报名后一个月内可无条件退课，退课时根据剩余课程次数，按照购课时点课时包单价进行核算（不含赠课部分），赠送保险及其他优惠需扣除，并扣除付款方式的提款手续费（拉卡拉手续费1% 微信0.1% 支付宝0.1%），已开具发票的收款需扣除增值税，剩余费用进行退费；

Unconditional withdrawal is allowed within one month after registration. The withdrawal will be calculated according to the number of remaining training sessions and the unit price of the training package (excluding the part of free training sessions). Free insurance and other discounts need to be deducted, and the withdrawal procedures of the payment method will be deducted Fees (Lakara handling fee 1%, WeChat 0.1%, Alipay 0.1%), the receipt of invoices must be deducted from value-added tax, and the remaining fees will be refunded;

报名一个月后且未达到退费有效期的退课，按照购课时点课时包单价进行核算（不含赠课部分）赠送保险及其他优惠需扣除，并收取剩余课时费的15%作为手续费，已开具发票的收款需扣除增值税，剩余费用进行退费；

If you withdraw after one month of registration and have not reached the validity period of the refund, the unit price will be calculated according to the unit price of the training package (excluding the part of the free lesson). The free insurance and other benefits need to be deducted, and 15% of the remaining training package fee will be charged as a handling fee. VAT must be deducted for receipts that have been invoiced, and the remaining fees will be refunded;

报名春季课时包，当季训练课程结束后不得退费；报名春季+夏季课时包，夏季训练课程结束后不得退费；报名全年课时包，当年度训练课程结束后不得退费；

If you sign up for the spring package, no refunds are allowed after the spring season training course ends; if you sign up for the spring + summer packages, no refunds are allowed after the summer training courses are over; if you sign up for the whole year time bag, no refunds are allowed after the end of the annual training course;

如因俱乐部原因造成的校区关闭等问题，俱乐部将协助家长调换课程与校区，如因此造成的退费将按照实际购课时的单课费用扣除已上课费用，其余费用退回，不再收取任何手续费和税费，赠课不予退费。

If the training site is closed due to the club, the club will assist the parents to change suitable training packages or switch to different training site. If the refund is caused, the cost of the class will be deducted from the actual cost of the training sessions at the time of purchase. The rest of the cost will be refunded without any handling fee and taxes, but the free trial training sessions or any free training sessions are not refundable.

以管理制度使用了中文和英文两种语言，如果文义有冲突，以中文意思为准，并以中文作为解释。

The regulations are written in both Chinese and English. In case of any conflict between the two languages, the Chinese meaning shall prevail and the Chinese language shall be used for interpretation.
