青岛红狮青训课程须知 (TRAINING SESSION INSTRUCTIONS）

球 员 须 知

PLAYER INSTUCTIONS

准时参加训练，请提前10到15分钟到场。穿戴统一的训练服，为了保证孩子们的安全，请务必佩戴护腿板参加训练；如有发烧、感冒等不适症状，不建议进行训练；

Participate in training on time, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes in advance. Wear club uniform training clothes. In order to ensure the safety of children, be sure to wear Shin Pads to participate in training; if players have fever, colds and other uncomfortable symptoms, it is not suggested to join the training session;

在训练开始前1小时内，不宜进食，训练当天不宜食用太多油腻的食物；

It is not advisable to eat within 1 hour before the start of training, and it is not advisable to eat too much greasy food on the day of training;

训练前球员须将背包、水杯等个人物品放在训练场的一侧，训练时须统一穿着俱乐部训练服装；

Before the training session, players shall have your belongings well collected on the side, and wear club's training kits during training sessions.

在训练期间队员可以进行补水，休息过程中不建议球员吃巧克力、饼干等任何食物；

During training, players can drink water. Do not let children eat chocolate, biscuits and other foods during the rest;

尊重队友，尊重教练，尊重俱乐部的所有成员，大家都是红狮大家庭的一员；

Respect your teammates, respect your coaches and respect everyone in the club and the academy, as we are all from Red Lions family;

家 长 须 知

PARENTS INSTUCTIONS

欢迎家长现场观看球员们训练和比赛，请家长在训练或比赛期间在场边或看台上观看球员的表现。同时比赛或训练期间，家长应适当远离训练区域，让球员专心训练和比赛；

Parents are always welcomed to watch players playing football on the side of training area or in the stands, before, during or after the sessions or games. At the same time, parents should stand at a distance from the players, so that they can focus on training and games;

请家长不要打断训练或比赛，不要评价自己孩子及其他球员的表现，欢迎家长为给孩子们加油鼓劲；

Do not interrupt any on-going training sessions or games, and do not comment or remark the performance of your kids and other players, and parents are welcome to cheer for players and encourage them;

家长请不要在球场旁边给球员做多余指导，让球员做自己决定；

Parents are asked to avoid shouting any type of instructions to the players during the session or game and we encourage players make to their own decisions.

严禁在场内吸烟、说脏话等不文明行为，家长们是孩子们最重要的榜样，从自己做起很重要；

Inappropriate behaviors such as smoking and trash talk in the training site are strictly prohibited. Parents are the most important role models for children. It is important to start from yourself;

如果家长违反上述事项，经教练或工作人员劝解无效，俱乐部有权将家长驱逐出训练场，如因此而发生退课事项，俱乐部不予退费。

If a parent violates the above matters and the coach or staff persuasion is invalid, the academy has the right to expel the parent from the training ground. If there is a withdrawal due to this, the club will not refund the fee.
