ABOUT QINGDAO RED LIONS

Qingdao Red Lions Football Club is a professional football club and currently plays in the third division of the CFA professional league.

Red Lions Football Club is based in Qingdao, adheres to the philosophy of localization and communityization. While focusing on the development of professional football, it also hopes to make full use of the club’s advanced football development philosophy and rich overseas football resources to contribute to the development of Qingdao local football. Especially in the field of youth football area, Qingdao Red Lions Youth Academy is committed to providing football culture popularization education and football technical training for the youth who love football.

 YOUTH ACADEMY

Currently, Qingdao Red Lion Youth Academy has established three youth training centers in Laoshan District, Licang and Laixi District, with a total of more than 300 registered trainees. Aiming at young students with different needs, Qingdao Red Lion Youth Academy  provides a platform for outstanding young football players who have dream on that green field, and enable them to have the opportunity to get professional and systematic football training program, and one day in future, they can represent the Red Lions in professional competitions.

"Complete personality, first in sports", Red Lion Youth Academy firmly believes that it shoulders a more important educational mission. We clearly recognize that football will accompany these children for a lifetime. Therefore, the educational mission of the Red Lion Youth Academy is to use the charm of football to let more children respect the rules and pursue excellence; to cultivate their perseverance and good spirit quality; to teach them to think independently and make decisions on their own, but also to integrate into the team and work together; let them experience different cultures from all over the world, feel the diversity of the world, and broaden their horizons. The above are the six cornerstones of the Red Lion Youth Academy’s educational mission. We hope that, with us, more and more children can find interest and embrace health, and help them grow up in an ideal way.
