4月17日上午，青岛红狮一线队在白沙湾足球训练基地与青岛队U21进行热身赛。在球队阵容确定以后，青岛红狮此次热身赛的目的主要集中在锻炼球员比赛状态，在检验近期训练成果的同时加强队伍的磨合。

On the morning of April 17, the Qingdao Red Lions first team had a warm-up match with the Qingdao U21 team at the Baishawan Football Training Base. As the team lineup is determined, the purpose of this warm-up match mainly focused on players' game feeling and strengthening the teamwork while testing the recent training results.

比赛原定于上午10点半正式开始，由于在前往白沙湾足球训练基地的途中遭遇严重交通拥堵，比赛也被迫推迟了30分钟。比赛开始后，青岛红狮并没有迅速进入比赛状态，被对手抓住机会在第5分钟率先进球。开场丢球以后，青岛红狮迅速调整状态，在中场附近区域加强了拼抢力度，并逐渐掌握比赛的主动权。比赛第14分钟，青岛红狮在快速反击中赢得了一次在对手禁区左侧的任意球机会，10号鲁毅主罚任意球并精准的找了禁区内的老将17号连琛，后者一脚低射被门将扑出，此时29号张宗正把握住机会，冲入禁区捅射破门，帮助红狮将比分扳平。

The game was scheduled to kickoff at 10:30. Due to severe traffic congestion on the way to the Baishawan football training base, the game was postponed for 30 minutes. After the game started, the Qingdao Red Lions did not quickly put themselves into the game and the opponent seized the opportunity to score the first goal in the 5th minute. After losing the ball in the opening stage, the Qingdao Red Lions quickly adjusted their state and strengthened their pressure in the midfield area, and gradually mastered the initiative of the game. In the 14th minute of the game, the Qingdao Red Lions won a free kick on the left side of the opponent's penalty area in a quick counterattack. Lu Yi took the free kick and accurately found Lian Chen in the penalty area. The latter made a low-shot, but the ball was pushed out by the goalkeeper and came to Zhang Zongzheng, Zhang Zongzheng took the chance and rushed into the penalty area to score the goal, helping the Red Lions tie the score.

比赛第28分钟，青岛红狮球员11号邓雨浓在中场完成抢断，并带球向前推进，随后传球给左路的29号张宗正。张宗正带球稍作调整后便起脚传中，右路张华楠迅速摆脱防守突入禁区，接到张宗正传球后一脚垫射，将比分改写为2:1。4分钟后，10号鲁毅在禁区前沿晃开防守，并完成一脚远射，可惜皮球擦着立柱稍稍偏出，错过了持续扩大比分的机会。上半场比赛结束，青岛红狮2:1暂时领先。

Unfortunately, the ball rubbed the post slightly and he missed the opportunity to continue to expand the score. At the end of the first half, the Qingdao Red Lions temporarily led the game with 2:1.

下半场易边再战，青岛红狮进行了大范围人员调整。比赛第52分钟，青岛红狮禁区内犯规，送给对手一粒点球。然而对方球员的射门偏出门框范围，并没有改写场上比分。比赛第61分钟，青岛红狮在左边路形成攻势，苏镇群带球沿边路突入禁区完成传球，禁区内埋伏的7号李俞秋将皮球故意一漏，在带走防守队员的同时也为身后的16号凌龙创造了射门空间。凌龙拿球后冷静施射，帮助红狮持续扩大领先优势。比赛第80分钟，21号贺麒源在禁区内完成一次转身射门，可惜皮球再一次擦着立柱稍稍偏出。最终全场比赛结束，青岛红狮3:1赢得了此次热身赛的胜利。

Li Yuqiu, who was ambushing in the penalty area, cleverly let the ball pass through his legs and took the defender away while also leave an open space to Ling Long to make a shot. Ling Long calmly scored a goal and helped the Red Lions continue to expand their lead. In the 80th minute of the game, He Qiyuan completed a turn around shoot in the penalty area, but unfortunately the ball once again rubbed the post slightly. In the end, the Qingdao Red Lions won the warm-up match with 3:1.

比赛结束后，教练组高度赞扬了球员们在比赛中表现出来的积极态度和拼搏精神，并鼓励大家保持住这股劲头，在接下来的备战训练中不断提高。本场比赛结束后，青岛红狮一线队也将迎来为期两天的假期，并将在下周二在莱西体育中心重新集结，继续新赛季开始前的备战训练。

After the game, the coaching staff highly praised the players for their positive attitude and fighting spirit in the game, and encouraged everyone to maintain this momentum and continue to improve in the following preparation work and training sessions. After the game, the Qingdao Red Lions first team will have two days off, and will regroup at the Laixi Sports Center next Tuesday to continue their preparatory training before the start of the new season.
