3月17日上午，青岛红狮一线队一行来到青岛海牛足球俱乐部训练基地，与海牛足球俱乐部预备队进行友谊赛。
On the morning of March 17, the Qingdao Red Lions first team came to the Qingdao Hainiu Football Club training base to have a friendly match with the Hainiu Football Club reserve team.
此次比赛共分三节进行，为了更好的起到以赛代练、考察球员的效果，红狮主教练哈维在前两节比赛中排出了主要以试训球员为主的阵容。而在第三节的比赛中，青岛红狮派出上赛季部分主力球员，以期取得让球员们恢复身体状态的同时，尽快熟悉比赛节奏、适应比赛状态。
The game was divided into three quarters. In order to keep scouting and evaluating some new trial players, Red Lions head coach Javier made a lineup mainly composed of trial players in the first two quarters. In the third quarter, Qingdao Red Lions lined up some of the starting players of last season, hoping to get the players to strengthen their physical condition, while familiarizing themselves with the rhythm of the game and adapting to the state of the game as soon as possible.
在前两节的比赛中，代表红狮出战的试训队员尽管在整体配合上尚显生疏，但是不少球员的个人表现让人眼前一亮。与此同时，红狮主教练哈维在场边非常认真的观察着球员们的表现，并不时的与教练组成员进行沟通，哈维表示，在比赛中能够更全面、直观的了解和考察球员，通过前两节球员们的表现来看，此次比赛基本实现了考察球员的目的，对于球队下一步的人员调整提供了参考。

Javier said that he can evaluate those players more comprehensively and intuitively during the game. From the performance of the players in the first two quarters, this game basically achieved the goal of evaluating and scouting players and provided a reference for the team's next line up adjustment.
在第三节比赛中，青岛红狮派出了上赛季部分主力球员出战，场上球员之间的配合则是更加默契。在比赛行将结束之际，10号鲁毅接队友边路传中，门前抢点破门，展示出了不错的竞技状态。

比赛结束以后，红狮主教练哈维接受了青岛电视台的采访，在采访中，哈维表示，现阶段球队的主要任务在于让球员们为新赛季做好充足的准备，无论是在体能方面、技术方面还是战术方面都要为整个赛季做好准备。在被问及新赛季红狮的目标时，哈维表示，新的赛季取得怎么的名次现在对于我们来说并不是非常重要，本赛季我们最重要的目标就是夯实基础，把功夫用在平时，专注每一次训练，打好每一次比赛，通过这些训练和比赛来提高整支球队的战术素养和每个球员的技战术能力。这样每天脚踏实地的进步，相信随着赛季的进行，大家就会在联赛中找到自己的位置。

同时哈维表示，对于青岛红狮而言，我们仍然是一支非常年轻的球队，这个赛季还有一个重要的任务便是锻炼和培养年轻球员，我们要在青训方面加强建设，继续在青岛市区和莱西发掘有天赋的年轻小球员，建立红狮的足球人才储备库，为球队能够持续的培养足球人才打好基础。

随后，红狮队长王浩和老将连琛也接受了采访。王浩表示，新赛季开赛在即，作为一名红狮的老队员，要充分发挥“传帮带”的作用，今年球队补充进来了不少年轻球员，无论在球队精神还是技战术方面，老队员都要以身作则，帮助他们尽快融入到红狮这个集体中，大家共同努力来提高红狮的整体实力，也帮助球队完成年轻化的战略目标。在谈及新赛季的目标时，王浩表示，大家肯定是希望能够取得比上赛季更好的成绩，同时也希望年轻队员们能够尽快融入进来，为球队带来更多蓬勃的朝气。

老将连琛在采访中也表达了对于新赛季的憧憬，在新赛季中争取取得比上赛季更好的成绩，当然现阶段的主要任务是通过每天的训练，让自己尽快恢复到百分之百的状态。
