4月7日上午，为了继续强化新赛季的备战效果，加强试训球员的考察和评估，青岛红狮一线队沿用以赛代练的方式，在城阳奥体中心足球场与留葡希望队进行新赛季开始前的热身赛。

On the morning of April 7th, in order to continue to strengthen the training performance in the pre-season and keep work on the scouting and evaluation of trial players, Qingdao Red Lions first team played a friendly game with the Liupu Xiwang at the Chengyang Olympic Sports Center football field.

本场比赛共分为三节进行，其中前两节比赛的阵容以试训球员为主，第三节比赛青岛红狮派出了大部分主力球员参战，其中红狮队长王浩伤愈复出，表现出来良好的竞技状态。

The game was divided into three quarters. The lineup of the first two quarters were set up by some trial players. In the third quarter, Qingdao Red Lions let the majority of starting players to play in this game. Among them, Red Lions captain Wang Hao returned from injury and performed well in this game.

首节比赛开始后，青岛红狮便占据场上主动，并严格执行教练组的战术安排，不断在中场区域对对手进行压迫，并几度形成非常有威胁的进攻，只可惜临门一脚稍有偏差。比赛第28分钟，青岛红狮在对方禁区制造混乱，红狮球员抓住机会门前包抄，青岛红狮1:0取得领先。

Since the first quarter of the game started, the Qingdao Red Lions took the initiative on the pitch and strictly implemented the tactical arrangements. They oppressed opponents in the midfield area and made numerous very threatening attacks. In the 28th minute of the game, the Qingdao Red Lions created chances in the penalty area and Red Lions player seized the opportunity to make a goal, making Red Lions to lead with 1:0.

第二节比赛易边再战，青岛红狮小将陈勇傧的表现非常积极，在中场多次抄截对手的传球。第二节比赛第25分钟，青岛红狮在反击中获得角球机会。陈勇傧主罚角球，并精准的找到禁区内埋伏的队友，后者高高跃起头球破门，青岛红狮将比分扩大为2:0。

In the second quarter, Qingdao Red Lions young player Chen Yongbin played very positively, intercepting the opponent's pass many times in the midfield. In the 25th minute of the second quarter, the Qingdao Red Lions won a corner kick in a counterattack. Chen Yongbin took the corner kick and accurately found the teammate who was ambush in the penalty area. That player scored a goal with header, which made Qingdao Red Lions expanded the score to 2:0.

第三节比赛青岛红狮进行大范围换人调整，换上球队大部分主力队员，以期在比赛中让球员们更好的感受比赛节奏，为下一阶段的训练做好充分准备。比赛开始后，青岛红狮便不断向对手的球门发起进攻，老将连琛频频与张宗正连线，不断制造进攻威胁。第三节第17分钟，青岛红狮在边路发动攻势，张振在边路完成突破后下底传中，试训球员张华楠门前垫射破门，青岛红狮3:0领先对手。仅仅1分钟后，青岛红狮再次在右边路策动进攻，张振带球突破后倒三角传球，鲁毅禁区前沿把握住机会，一脚推射将领先优势扩大为4球。第三节比赛第25分钟，连琛前场得球后迅速向前突破，一脚挑传越过对方后卫，皮球来到U21新援尹睿安脚下，后者得球后突入禁区，一脚劲射完成破门，青岛红狮将比分改写为5:0。在比赛的最后一分钟，留葡希望队抓住红狮的失误扳回一球，最终全场比赛结束，青岛红狮5:1取得热身赛的胜利。

In the third quarter, the Qingdao Red Lions made a wide range of substitution adjustments and let the majority of the starting players to finish this quarter. In the beginning of the third quarter, the Qingdao Red Lions made continuous attacking attempts in a row, and Lian Chen frequently connected with Zhang Zongzheng to create threats in the penalty area. In the 17th minute of the third quarter, the Qingdao Red Lions made a successful counter attack from the right wing. Zhang Zhen made a central pass after a breakthrough and helped Zhang Huanan, one of trial player, to scored in front of the goal, making Qingdao Red Lions lead the opponent with 3:0. Just 1 minute later, Red Lions once again found an opportunity on the right side. Zhang Zhen dribbled the ball and passed the ball to Lu Yi who took the chance just in the front of the penalty area, Lu Yi scored a goal with a powerful shot and helped the team to lead this game with 4 goals. In the 25th minute of the third quarter, Lian Chen quickly broke through after catching the ball in opponent’s half, passing through the opponent's defender with a smart kick, and the ball came to Yin Rui'an precisely. Afterwards, Yin Rui’an, as the new U21 player, immediately dribbling into the penalty area and made a goal with a brilliant shot. In the last minute of the game, the Liupu Xiwang team took a chance from the Red Lions' mistake and scored a goal. In the end of this friendly game, Qingdao Red Lions won with 5:1.

比赛结束后，红狮教练组表示本次热身赛很好的检验了前一段时间球队的训练成果，球员们今天的表现也都非常不错。在谈及球队接下来的安排时，教练组表示，随着中乙联赛分组安排的敲定，联赛开始的时间也日益临近，球队接下来将继续夯实新赛季的备战工作，并在近期完成试训球员的选拔和考察工作。在球队人员框架基本完善以后，青岛红狮将全力投入到新一阶段的训练和备战当中。

After the game, the Red Lions coaching staff said that the game today played a role to test of the team's training performance, and the players' performance today was also very good. When talking about the team’s coming arrangements, the coaching staff mentioned that with the finalization of the grouping arrangements of the League 2, the starting date for of the league is approaching. The team will continue to consolidate the preparation work for the new season and complete it in the near future with the scouting and evaluating trial players. Once the squad is basically completed, Red Lions would fully devote into the new stage of training and preparations for the new season.
