我们非常荣幸的宣布，我们的小球员Scotty当选上周红狮青训最佳球员。在春节后的首周训练中，Scotty准时参加了红狮青训的3次训练课程，并在训练中表现出了非常优秀的训练状态。尤其是在本周的一对一带球突破训练中，Scotty很认真的掌握了教练强调的动作要领，并在教学比赛中多次成功的运用这些动作。
We are very honored to announce that our young player Scotty was selected as the player of week. In the first week of training after the Spring Festival, Scotty participated in three training sessions of the Red Lions Youth Academy on time, and showed a very good training state in the training. Especially in this week's one-on-one dribbling breakthrough training, Scotty has carefully mastered the action essentials emphasized by the coach, and has successfully used these movements many times in the teaching games.
自红狮青训建立之初Scotty便跟随我们进行足球训练，在过去的5年间，我们见证了Scotty一步一个脚印的逐渐成长为同年龄段的优秀球员。同时我们也希望Scotty能够一直保持这种认真对待训练的态度，为新加入红狮青训的小球员们做一个良好的榜样，可以带动他们为了自己的足球梦想不断努力。
Scotty has followed us in football training since the establishment of the Red Lions Youth Academy. In the past 5 years, we have witnessed Scotty gradually grow into an outstanding player of the same age. At the same time, we also hope that Scotty can always maintain this attitude of taking training seriously and set a good example for the young players who join the Red Lion Youth Academy, which can lead them to work hard for their football dreams.
在上周的训练中，小球员们主要进行了带球和控球方面的训练，尤其是在3v3情况下，攻方队员如何快速的判断自己所处的情形，发现潜在的多种进攻选择，同时通过与队友的有效沟通选择最佳进攻路线。在过去的一周中，我们非常欣喜的看到小球员们在带球和控球方面有了明显的提升，对进攻路线进行选择和判断的意识也不断增强。他们对待足球高涨的热情也深深的感染着教练们，红狮青训为孩子们一点一滴的提高都感到高兴和自豪。
In last week’s training, the academy players mainly conducted dribbling and ball control training, especially in the 3v3 situation. How do attacking players quickly judge their situation and find out potential multiple attacking options, and at the same time select the optimal attacking route through effective communication with teammates. In the past week, we are very pleased to see that our players have significantly improved in dribbling and possession, and the awareness of selecting and judging attacking routes has also been increasing. Their enthusiasm in football has also deeply affected the coaches and we are always happy and proud of the players’ improvement.
在上周低年龄段的训练中，我们也迎来了不少新的面孔，他们虽然是第一次接触正规足球训练，但在训练中表现出的认真与努力并不亚于其他老学员。我们相信通过红狮青训的训练，这些低年龄的孩子们不仅可以增强体质，锻炼技能，更能够收获满满的欢乐和幸福，为他们的童年留下一份难忘的回忆。
We also welcomed some of new faces in the training of the low age group last week. Although it was the first time that they experienced the formal football training, the seriousness and hard work demonstrated in training left us a really deep impression.
