青训速递 | 红狮青训上周最佳球员——Simon
我们非常荣幸的宣布红狮青训小球员Simon当选上周最佳球员。在过去的一周中，Simon参加了红狮青训全部的训练课程，并在训练中一如既往的表现出了全力以赴的精神。
We are very honored to announce that Simon, a young Red Lions academy player, was selected as the best player of the week. In the past week, Simon has participated in all the training courses of the Red Lion Youth Academy, and has shown the spirit of going all out in the training as always.
在上周的训练中，红狮青训着重训练了球员们空间感和位置感，对场上的跑位和穿插进行了专门的训练。我们的Simon作为红狮青训一名个性鲜明的国际小球员，具有个人脚下技术细腻，突破犀利的特点。在起初的训练中没有完全体会到团队的重要性，并且表现出了些许的沮丧情绪。然而在教练的耐心讲解和队友的帮助下，Simon在团队训练中表现的越来越出色，也凭借着自己的技术特点多次与队友完成精彩的配合，帮助自己所在的队伍不断取得胜利。
Last week, the Red Lion Youth Academy focused on training the players' sense of space and position, and conducted special training on how to run and how to use the space on the pitch. Our Simon, as an international young player with personality, has the characteristics of delicate and sharp breakthroughs under his feet. In the initial training, he did not fully realize the importance of the team, and showed a little frustration. However, with the patience of the coach and the help of his teammates, Simon has performed better and better in team training. With his own football style, he has completed wonderful cooperation with his teammates many times to help his team to win numerous teaching games.
更难能可贵的是，在训练场上我们发现Simon的表现愈发的成熟起来。在有新队友参加训练的时候，他会主动的上前问候，询问对方的名字，然后用他独有的英文加中文的方式跟队友沟通训练的内容。在他的带动下，队友很快便融入到了训练当中，享受着足球带来的友谊和快乐。
What's more commendable is that on the training pitch we found that Simon's performance became more and more mature. When a new teammate participates in training, he will take the initiative to greet him and ask his name, and then use his unique English plus Chinese method to communicate the content of the training with his teammates. Under his leadership, teammates quickly integrated into the training, enjoying the friendship and happiness brought by football.
在上周的训练中，红狮青训主要对球员们在场上的位置感和空间感进行了训练，通过对训练区域的特殊划分以及附加不同的训练规则，让小球员们去观察场上的位置变化，引导他们该如何正确的获取位置信息，同时教会他们如何用这些位置信息对自己的位置进行判断，进而做出最优的跑位决策。同样的，承接之前“寻找最佳进攻线路”的训练，我们通过不同的训练项目，逐步的增强了小球员们在球场上的位置感和空间感。我们欣喜的看到，通过最近两周的训练，小球员们的跑位意识有了明显的提升。
In last week’s training, the Red Lion Youth Academy mainly trained the players’ sense of position and space on the field. Through the special division of the training area and the addition of different training rules, the young players were allowed to observe the changing situation happening during the game. The position changes guided them how to correctly obtain the position information, and at the same time teaches them how to use the position information to locate their own position, and then make the optimal positioning decision. Similarly, undertaking the previous training of "finding the most optimal attacking space", we have gradually enhanced the sense of position and space of the young players on the pitch through different training programs. We are delighted to see that through the last two weeks of training, the running and space awareness of the young players has been significantly improved.
