2021赛季青岛红狮出征仪式
4月25日上午，青岛红狮足球俱乐部2021赛季中乙联赛出征授旗仪式在莱西体育中心举行。莱西市长王清源，青岛市体育局副局长矫曙光，莱西市副市长丁朝霞，青岛市足球协会副主席兼秘书长、青岛市足球运动管理中心主任田卫国，莱西市体育中心主任张言伟，莱西市教育和体育局党组成员任勤利，红狮足球俱乐部总经理 Esti，青岛北方航空学校、莱西市第四中学、莱西市第七中学以及俱乐部一线队全体教练员、运动员、工作人员、媒体、赞助商代表等嘉宾出席并共同见证了青岛红狮新赛季的出征仪式。

出征仪式上青岛红狮足球俱乐部总经理Esti 女士代表俱乐部向多年来关心青岛红狮的各级领导、赞助商、媒体、球迷及社会各界人士致以衷心感谢。在随后的讲话中，Esti女士表示，自今年集训以来，青岛红狮球队一直专注在莱西训练基地进行封闭训练，以求提高球队至更高的水平，培养球队的新生力量，特别是在新任主教练劳尔·卡内特先生加入之后，球队的训练与阵容的磨合进入到全新阶段。现在，青岛红狮已经整装待发，在新赛季中努力为家乡球迷奉上精彩的比赛。于此同时，俱乐部将继续推进本地化和社区化的战略进程，让为更多的本地足球人才提供新的发展契机，更重要的是，俱乐部将强化品牌建设，弘扬体育精神，持续发力打造良好的体育商业发展平台。
At the ceremony, Esti, general manager of Qingdao Red Lions Football Club, expressed sincere gratitude to the leaders, sponsors, media, fans and people from all walks of life who have cared about Qingdao Red Lions for many years. In the speech, Esti said that since this year’s training period, the team has been focusing on closed training at the Laixi training base, in order to improve the team to a higher level and cultivate the younger players, especially after the new head coach Raul Canet joined, the team's training and lineup have entered a new stage. Now, the Qingdao Red Lions is ready to go and will work hard to provide wonderful games for the fans in the hometown. At the same time, the club will continue to promote the strategic process of localization and communityization, so as to provide more local football talents with new development opportunities. More importantly, the club will strengthen brand building, promote the spirit of sports, and continue to build a quality platform for sports business development.
球队主教练劳尔·卡内特代表教练组登台发言，展现红狮将士对于新赛季的信心和决心。劳尔表示，经过这一段时间的训练和磨合，球队的状态进入到了崭新的阶段，在新赛季的每一场比赛中，全队上下将以顽强的态度和拼搏的精神来践行俱乐部“千里之行始于足下”的主题。
The team's head coach Raul Canete made a speech on behalf of the coaching staff, demonstrating the confidence and determination of the Red Lions for the new season. Raul said that after this period of training and running-in, the team's state has stepped into a new stage. He stressed that in every game of the new season, the whole team will fight for the club, for the city, with a tenacious attitude and fighting spirit.
随后本赛季球队新援逐一亮相，青岛市体育局副局长矫曙光为赵远、张华楠、宋华、曾毅、苏镇群、苗华旭、尹睿安、旷钧天、刘畅、宁大亭共10名球员颁发了2021赛季战袍。
After that, the team’s new players stepped on the stage one by one. The deputy director of Qingdao Sports Bureau Jiao Shuguang respectively send the 2021 game jerseys to Zhao Yuan, Zhang Huanan, Song Hua, Zeng Yi, Su Zhenqun, Miao Huaxu, Yin Ruian, Kuang Juntian, Liu Chang, Ning Dating.
在热烈的掌声中，队长王浩从莱西市市长王清源手中接过球队大旗挥舞起来，这寓意着青岛红狮正式开启2021赛季中乙联赛的新征程！随后王浩作为球员代表致辞，他回顾了过去五年来红狮一步一个脚印坚定不移的追逐足球的梦想，特别感谢了一直以来关心红狮、支持红狮并不断提供帮助的莱西人民和政府。球队的全体成员将上下一心，团结一致迎接新赛季的到来。
In the warm applause, the captain Wang Hao was awarded the team flag from the mayor of Laixi City Wang Qingyuan and waved it, which means that the Qingdao Red Lions officially embarked on the new journey of the 2021 season! Afterwards, Wang Hao delivered a speech as a representative of the players. He reviewed the how did Red Lions’ pursuit football dreams in the past five years, and especially thanked the people and government of Laixi who have always supported and provided helps to the team. In the end, he mentioned that all players of this team will work together and unite to fight in the the new season.
青岛市足球管理中心主任田卫国表达了青岛红狮新赛季的祝福与期待，他表示，在过去几年间，足管中心一直非常关心俱乐部的成长与发展，双方一直保持了密切的接触和良好的沟通渠道，青岛红狮能有今天的发展，足管中心由衷的为俱乐部感到高兴。在未来的工作中，足管中心将一如既往的支持俱乐部的发展，同时也希望红狮能够把握当下良好的发展环境和机遇，珍惜领导领导的关怀，市体育局、足管中心、社会各界和广大球迷群体将是俱乐部最坚实的后盾，相信红狮作为青岛足球的一支新锐力量一定不辱使命、不负众望，为青岛足球的发展再立新功。

随后青岛红狮足球俱乐部总经理Esti女士代表俱乐部分别与青岛鲁能恒源高新电气有限公司、青岛恩马房地产开发有限公司签署了2021赛季球衣赞助协议。
Esti, as the general manager of Qingdao Red Lions Football Club, signed the 2021 season sponsorship agreement with Qingdao Luneng Hengyuan High-tech Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Enma Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.
莱西市副市长丁朝霞在最后致辞中表示，自青岛红狮入驻莱西以来，足球在莱西市人民群众间的关注度越来越高。青岛红狮服务球迷、服务社会的经营理念以及本地化、社区化的经营策略在莱西初见成效，越来越多的莱西市民，尤其是青少年群体逐渐加入到红狮球迷的行列中。未来，莱西市政府和相关部门将一如既往地支持俱乐部在莱西开展的足球相关活动和工作，希望青岛红狮充分发挥职业足球俱乐部的带动作用，积极建立莱西本地足球人才库，把工作做实做细，逐步成长为莱西体育事业的一张崭新名片。新的赛季，新的开始，希望青岛红狮不忘初心，脚踏实地，以一种开拓的精神和坚韧的品质，承载着莱西市人民的殷切期盼，在中乙的赛场上赛出水平，赛出风格，实现新的突破。
