高标准要求，高强度训练，青岛红狮一线队在莱西积极开展新赛季备战训练
今天上午九点半，青岛红狮一线队在主教练哈维的带领下有序开展新赛季备战训练。尽管今天天气有些多云，但是训练场上的队员们依旧热情高涨，对待训练一丝不苟，全心投入到新赛季的备战当中。
At 9:30 this morning, the Qingdao Red Lions first team, leading by the head coach Javier, carried out regular training sessions preparing for the new season. Although the weather is a bit cloudy today, players on the training pitch were still very enthusiastic and positive in their training tasks, and devoted themselves to preparing for the new season.
从热身环节开始，红狮教练组便对球员们提出了极高的要求，力求做到动作标准，热身到位。主教练哈维表示，新的赛季对红狮而言充满了期待，因此需要教练和队员们非常认真的对待每一次训练和每一次比赛，只有将功夫用在平时，才能在联赛中取得更好的成绩。
Starting from the warm-up session, the Red Lions coaching staff put forward high demands on the players, striving to achieve the standard of action and warm-up in place. Head coach Javier said that the new season is full of expectations for the Red Lions. Therefore, coaches and players need to take every training and every game very seriously, so that we could achieve better results in the league.
今天的训练分成了两组进行，主教练哈维着重对参加试训的球员进行了考察。在训练过程中，哈维不断的对球员们进行场边指导，让他们在一个相对轻松的训练氛围中发挥出自己全部的实力。
Today’s training was divided into two groups. Head coach Javier focused on the players participating in the trial training. During the training process, Javier guided and allowed them to exert their full ability in a relatively relaxed training atmosphere.
训练结束后，哈维表示，通过最近一段时间的训练来看，目前整个球队的状态非常不错，球员们的表现非常积极。大家对于新赛季充满了信心，因此大家在训练中也是格外的投入。球队近期开展了一系列高强度的训练，在让球员们尽快恢复状态的同时，也可以让他们为新的赛季储备好充沛的体能。
After the training, Javier said that from the recent training period, the feeling of the entire team is very good, and the players' performance is very positive. Everyone is full of motivation in the new season. The team has recently carried out a series of high-intensity training, which not only allows the players to recover as soon as possible, but also allows them physically to fuel the tank for the coming season.
在问及球队近期的计划时，哈维表示，莱西方面为球队训练提供了非常多的帮助，所以球队第一阶段的恢复性训练会继续采取封闭方式在青岛红狮的训练基地-莱西进行，同时也会参与一些本地学校和相关合作单位的足球活动，为莱西本地的足球发展贡献一份力量。
When asked about the team’s recent plans, Javier said that Laixi has provided a lot of help for us in the training area. Therefore, the Red Lions first team will continue to carry out preparations and training in Laixi in the near future, and will also participate in some football activities of local schools and related cooperative units, making contributions to the development of local football in Laixi.
