官宣 | 红狮青训球员积分赛，今天起正式开赛

青岛红狮青训球员积分赛是面向全体红狮青训的小球员，通过参加训练赢取积分并获得奖励的积分赛事。积分赛按照红狮青训的训练时间分为春季赛季、夏季赛季以及秋季赛季，在每个训练季的第一天开始累积积分，在训练季的最后一天根据球员的积分多少排名，新的训练季开始后积分榜清零并重新开始记分。

The Qingdao Red Lion Youth Academy Players Points League is for all the young Red Lions players to earn points and get rewards through trainings. The league is divided into spring season, summer season and autumn season according to the training schdule of the Red Lions Academy. Points are accumulated on the first day of each training season. On the last day of the training season, players are ranked according to their points. For every new season, the points table will be cleared in the beginning and scoring starts again.

在红狮青训的足球训练课上，我们在教授孩子们足球技术技能的同时，更希望通过足球让孩子们感受生活、开阔眼界，让他们在宝贵的童年时期可以在朋友、家人的陪伴下快乐成长。因此红狮青训球员积分赛创办的初衷在于鼓励大家积极参加训练，在训练中尊重队友、尊重教练、遵守训练规则，通过积分赛的形式鼓励大家向表现优秀的小球员们学习。

In the football training of the Red Lion Youth Academy, we are teaching our young players football technical skills, and we also hope that through football, children can feel life and broaden their horizons, so that they can be happy in the company of friends and family during their precious childhood. Therefore, the original intention of the Red Lion Youth Academy Player Points League is to encourage everyone to actively participate in training, respect teammates, respect coaches, and abide by the training rules during training, and encourage everyone to learn from outstanding young players through the points league.

在积分赛中获取积分的规则如下：
1分：对于能够按要求穿着红狮训练服并且能够按时出席训练的球员，在每次训练结束后，将获得1个积分；

2分：在当天的训练中，综合训练态度和训练表现，由教练员评选出一名本此训练的最佳球员，该名球员在训练结束后将获得2个积分；

5分：在一周的训练结束后，红狮青训教练组将综合小球员们一周的训练表现，评选出本周的最佳球员，该名球员将额外获得5个积分；

The rules for getting points in the League are as follows:

1 point: For players who can wear Red Lion training uniforms as required and can attend training on time, after each training session, they will get 1 point;

2 points: In the training of the day, take training attitude and training performance into consideration, the coach would select a player as the one of session, this player will get 2 points from this training;

5 points: After one week of training, the Red Lions Academy coaching staff will select the player of the week based on the training performance of all young players, and the player will get an additional 5 points;

每个训练季结束以后，红狮青训将根据积分榜评选出红狮青训赛季最佳十一人，获得此奖项的小球员们将会得到红狮青训准备的赛季礼品，同时也将获赠红狮青训课程优惠券，优惠额度根据积分榜排名决定。

In the end of each training season, the Red Lion Youth Academy will select the best eleven of the Red Lion Youth Academy season according to the league points table. The top 11 will receive the season gifts prepared by the Red Lion Youth Academy and will also get Red Lion Youth Academy training course coupons (the amount of discount is determined according to the ranking of the table).

每个赛季积分榜的前三名球员，将获得红狮青训赛季最佳球员的称号，同时也将获得红狮足球俱乐部准备的神秘大奖。

The top three players in the table of each season will be awarded the title of the best player of the Season, and will also receive the very mysterious award prepared by the Red Lion Football Club.
