10月16日青岛红狮足球俱乐部举行2021年红狮青训“超级老爸”主题活动。承蒙各位学员和家长的深情厚爱，青岛红狮青训在五年间不断成长，这五年间我们一起历经风雨，不断见证这孩子们在球场上的提升和球场下的进步。
On October 16th, Qingdao Red Lion Football Club held the 2021 Red Lion Youth Academy "Super Daddy" event. 红狮青训自创立伊始便确立了关注成长、陪伴成长、记录成长的理念，而在孩子们的成长中，父亲一直扮演着至关重要的角色，红狮青训非常荣幸邀请各位“超级老爸”来到活动现场，邀请大家和孩子们一起同场竞技，体验孩子们在训练场上的快乐和付出。

在红狮青训小学员李东辰同学的小号独奏《凯旋进行曲》的嘹亮曲调中，红狮青训“超级老爸”主题活动正式拉开帷幕。

青岛红狮足球俱乐部总经理 ESTI 女士为本次活动致开幕词，她首先代表俱乐部表达了对于出席此次活动的学员和家长们的感谢，她表示红狮青训作为俱乐部的核心组成部分，在推广青岛红狮体育精神的进程中扮演着重要角色，而我们最忠实的学员和家长朋友们一直为红狮青训的发展提供着源源不断的灵感和支持。希望今天的活动能让各位超级老爸享受运动的快乐，在绿茵场上为孩子们做出表率和榜样，拥抱健康的生活方式，全方位的陪伴孩子们的成长！
Ms. ESTI, the general manager of Qingdao Red Lion Football Club, gave an opening speech for this event. She hoped that the event will enable every super daddy to enjoy the joy of sports, set an example and role model for the children, embrace a healthy lifestyle, and accompany the growth of the children in all directions!
随后红狮青训的超级老爸们集体上台亮相，在工作人员的指引下进行抽签。参赛的超级老爸们分为三队，分别由我们红狮青训的教练员担任队长，同红狮青训高年龄段的小球员们进行对抗比赛。
Then the super dads took the stage to make a collective appearance, and the lottery was conducted under the guidance of the staff. The participating super dads are divided into three teams, each captained by our Red Lion Youth Academy coaches, and competing against the young Red Lions youth players.
超级老爸们抽签分组完毕后，活动时间交了给家长和孩子们，各位超级老爸青训教练的带领下进行了深度热身，于此同时我们低年龄段的孩子们率先为此次活动进行了垫场热身赛。
When the lottery time was done, the event has been handed over to the parents and our youth players. Our coaches have conducted a deep warm-up together with those super daddies, and at the same time, our younger children at first to participate in this event and played a warm-up game.
晚上6点45分青岛红狮“超级老爸”足球赛正式开始，尽管近期气温骤降，但是超级老爸们在球场上热情如火。在场上各位超级老爸身着红狮战袍，在教练们的带领下大家酣畅淋漓的享受着足球带来的快乐。特别是在与孩子们的对抗中，超级老爸们更是一丝不苟，每球必争。
At 6:45 in the evening, the Qingdao Red Lions "Super Dad" football match officially started. Although the temperature has dropped sharply recently, the super dads were really enthusiastic on the pitch. During the game, every super dad wore a red lion jersey. Under the coaching guidance of the coaches, everyone enjoyed the happiness brought by football. Especially in the confrontation with the children, those super dads are more meticulous, and tried their best to win the game.
有家长在比赛间歇感叹，孩子们速度快、技术好，彼此之间还有不错的配合，不使出120分的劲头还真踢不过他们。最终经过三轮比赛的激烈角逐，2号超级老爸队三战全胜，获得本次比赛的冠军。
During the resting time of the game, some of parents said that those kids played so fast with skills, and had a good teamwork with each other. If those dads want to compete with those young players, they had to devote 120% of their energy. In the end, after three rounds of fierce competition, the No. 2 Super Dad team won all three games and got the championship.
赛后青岛红狮足球俱乐部为所有家长朋友们送上一份健康大礼，以后每周五晚上六点到八点，红狮青训将为各位超级老爸们预留出一片专属训练场，免费供大家使用。希望在孩子们进行足球训练的同时，各位家长们也能积极的投入到体育运动中，以健康的体魄和昂扬的精神陪伴孩子们的成长！
After the game, Qingdao Red Lion Football Club present a big gift to all parents, that is, from 6 pm to 8 pm every Friday in the future, the Red Lion Youth Academy will reserve a training field for those super dads. We hope that while the children are training in football, parents can also actively participate in sports, so that enable them to accompany the growth of the children with a healthy body and spirit!
