4月10日上午，红狮一线队迎来本周内的第二场比赛训练，在白沙湾足球训练基地与青岛队U21进行热身赛。

本场比赛分上下半场进行，其中上半场青岛红狮方面主要以近期试训球员为主，下半场红狮派出大部分主力球员出战。此前因伤错过数场热身赛的红狮球员王新宇伤愈复出，并在比赛中展现出了不错的竞技状态。

The game was divided into two halves. In the first half, the Qingdao Red Lions mainly used recent trial players. In the second half, the Red Lions put the majority of starting players in the lineup. The Red Lions player Wang Xinyu, who had missed several friendly games due to injury before, now returned from injury and showed a good competitive state in this game.

比赛开始后，青岛红狮稳扎稳打，在主动控制比赛节奏的同时伺机寻找进攻路线，并在前几分钟便创造出了几次不错的机会，只可惜临门一脚稍有偏出。比赛第10分钟，青岛U21率先打破比赛僵局，抓住红狮后防线的失误在门前制造威胁，并在混战中破门得分。比分落后以后，青岛红狮迅速组织起多次有威胁的攻势，比赛第34分钟，刚刚伤愈复出的王新宇在前场拿球，顺势向前推进后起脚劲射，然而皮球擦着立柱稍稍偏出，错失了扳平比分的良机。最终上半场战罢，红狮0:1暂时落后。

下半场易边再战，青岛红狮进行大范围人员轮换，换上大部分主力球员出战，并在下半场开始阶段便掌握了比赛主动权，不断通过两条边路策动进攻。比赛第58分钟，连琛在禁区内拿球后转身射门，可惜运气欠佳，皮球击中立柱后弹出。比赛第70分钟，张宗正反越位成功，带球直奔禁区，可惜射门瞬间发力过猛，未能完成破门。比赛第81分钟，青岛红狮在对方半场连续制造威胁，对方门将解围不远，皮球来到赵远脚下，后者在禁区前沿位置冷静推射，帮助红狮扳平比分。比赛第84分钟，鲁毅在边路完成一次漂亮的铲断，起身后迅速找到禁区外围的连琛，后者带球连过三名对方的防守队员，突入禁区后一脚低射，将比分改写为2:1。最终全场比赛结束，青岛红狮以2:1取得本次热身赛的胜利。

比赛结束后，红狮教练组表示本场比赛球员们都表现出了非常不错的竞技状态，尤其是球队老队员的表现更是值得赞扬，在比赛中起到了非常好的作用，相信红狮的年轻队员在他们的带领下将更快的成长起来。在谈及试训球员的考察工作时，教练组表示，目前球队针对试训球员的考察和评估工作已经基本完成，近期球队将正式对外公布本赛季的引援情况。

After the game, the Red Lions coaching staff said that the players in this game showed a very good competitive state, especially the performance of those old players is commendable. They played a very good role in the game. It is strongly believed the the young players will grow up faster under their help. When talking about the scouting and evaluation of trial players, the coaching staff stated that the evaluation work for trial players has been basically completed, and the team will officially announce new players of this season in the near future.
