我们非常荣幸的宣布红狮青训小球员Sofia当选上周最佳球员。Sofia从今年1月份开始加入红狮青训，经过短短一个月的训练，现在Sofia在球场上的表现也是越来越有一名足球运动员的样子。

每次提起Sofia，红狮的教练们都对这个认真的小姑娘赞不绝口，尽管是刚刚正式接触足球，Sofia已经深深的喜欢上了这项魅力十足的运动。在训练场上，对于教练的每一次示范和每一次讲解，Sofia都可以做到非常认真的听讲，然后非常仔细的进行训练。在遇到不明白的问题时，Sofia会非常可爱的用英语询问教练这个动作该怎么做。正是这股认真的劲头，让Sofia很快的便掌握了这个年龄段的所需要学习的足球基础动作。更可喜的是，在一对一的训练中，面对比自己年龄稍大的队友时，Sofia常常表现的更加出色。
When it come to Sofia, coaches of the Red Lions are full of praise for this serious little girl. Even though she has just officially played football for a very short period, Sofia has already fallen in love with this charming sport. On the training pitch, for every demonstration and every explanation of the coach, Sofia can listen to it very carefully, and then join the train very carefully. When encountering a problem that she doesn't understand, Sofia will be very cute and ask the coach how to do it in English. It is this serious attitude that allows Sofia to quickly master the basic football moves that this age group needs to learn. What's more gratifying is that in one-on-one training, Sofia often performs better when facing teammates who are slightly older than her.

在上周的训练中，红狮青训主要进行了运球变向和一对一的训练。通过对训练区域的划分以及不同类型标示物的排布，让小球员们在学习运球变向动作之前可以对周围的环境进行提前的感知。在加上红狮教练组精心教授的不同类型的变向动作，小球员们便能够做到根据不同的上场情况，做出最合适的动作选择，从而从容的完成一对一情况下的过人动作。
