5月3日上午，在经历两天短暂的假期后，青岛红狮一线队在青岛流亭机场集合，启程飞往云南，正式踏上2021赛季中乙联赛的征程。
On the morning of May 3rd, after a short vacation of two days, the Qingdao Red Lions first team gathered at Qingdao Liuting Airport and set off for Yunnan to officially embark on the journey of the 2021 Chinese League Two.
在赛季正式开始前的这段时间中，红狮一线队将首先在昆明开展适应性训练，在巩固前一阶段的训练成果的同时，提前让球员们适应高原作战的状态。
During the period before the official start of the season, the Red Lions first team will firstly carry out adaptive training in Kunming. While consolidating the training outcomes of the previous stage, the players will be allowed to adapt to the plateau state in advance.
中午时分球队抵达昆明，球队进行了短暂的休息和调整，随后在主教练劳尔的带领下开展恢复训练。尽管长途的旅行有些许疲惫，然而抵达训练场后，球员们立即恢复了精神。本次训练主要以调整状态为主，在后续的训练中球队将逐渐增加训练负荷，为即将开始的联赛做好充足的准备。
The team arrived in Kunming at noon. After a short rest, the team resumed training under the leadership of the head coach Raul. Although a little tired from the long journey, the players immediately regained their energy when they came to the training pitch. This training mainly focused on adjusting and recovering, at the same time, in the subsequent training sessions, the team will gradually increase the training load to make adequate preparations for the upcoming league.
