各位红狮青训的小球员和家长朋友们大家好，欢迎来到本期的每周青训速递。经过过去一周的努力训练，我们非常荣幸的宣布红狮青训小球员James当选上周最佳。
Hello, all my dear young players and parents, welcome to the weekly express of Qingdao Redlions Youth Academy. After a hard training week, we are very honored to announce that our little player James was selected as the player of the week.
James是我们红狮青训低年龄组的一名性格坚毅而且富有斗志的优秀小球员，在平时的训练中，James总是能够准时出现在训练场上，积极主动的参与每次的足球训练。尽管James年龄尚小，但是他对足球的热爱超乎我们的想象。之前James不小心手指错位，即便是带着固定手指的夹板，他也要坚持训练。这种热爱足球的态度值得我们每个人为James点赞。
James is an outstanding young player with a strong personality and full of fighting spirit in the low-age group. In any training sessions, James always appears on the training field on time and actively participates in every football training tasks. Although James is still young, his love for football is beyond our imagination. Several weeks ago James accidentally misplaced his fingers, even with a fixed finger splint, he would like to keep joining in the training. This kind of football-loving attitude deserves everyone's praise for James.
经过最近一段时间的系统训练，我们非常欣喜的看到了James在足球本领上明显的进步。然而，更让人值得称道的是James在球场上那种敢于拼搏、遇挫弥坚的精神属性。在对抗训练中，James总是会非常勇敢的与对手进行对抗，即便是摔倒也要立刻爬起来并迅速投入到训练中。James的这种精神品质真是红狮青训所倡导的，从小树立坚毅的品格，会让孩子们在今后的人生道路中无惧风雨。正如上周五的训练，孩子们在风雨交加之中坚持训练，出了足球以外，这次训练也必将赋予他们更多精神上的力量。
Recently, with the systematic training, we are very pleased to see James’s improvement in football skills. Moreover, what is even more commendable is the mental attributes of James on the pitch, that is dare to fight and be tough in the face of setbacks. In confrontation training, James will always be very brave against opponents, even if he falls down, he would immediately get up and get into training quickly. This kind of spiritual quality of James is really advocated by the Red Lion Youth Academy, as we believe that establishing a persevering character from an early age will make children fearless in their future life.
好的我们再来看一下积分榜的变化。Hall凭借上周的出色表现在积分榜上实现反超，以一分优势暂列积分榜首位，Henry紧随其后排在第二。Simon以48个积分稳居积分榜第三名。Scotty上周也有精彩的表现，在斩获6个积分同时一举将排名提升到第四的位置，Bobo和Peter分别以37和36个积分位列第五和第六名的位置。
Okay, let's take a look at the changes in the league table. Hall, thanks to his outstanding performance, now he overtakes the leading position in the table, temporarily ranking first with a one-point advantage, followed by Henry in second. Simon ranks third in the table with 48 points. Scotty also had a wonderful performance last week, gaining 6 points and raising his ranking to fourth in one fell swoop. Bobo and Peter ranked fifth and sixth with 37 and 36 points respectively.
在7-11名的争夺也是愈发激烈，Toby的积分成功突破30分大关，持续巩固自己的位置。我们的Andrew上周也有上佳表现，成功超越多名队友后来到了积分榜第8名的位置。Eric以3分之差紧随其后。我们低年龄段的优秀球员Benjamin再一次冲进积分榜，与Hardy同积24个积分，并列排在第10名，在此我们对以上球员表示祝贺。
The competition from 7-11 is also getting fiercer. Toby's points successfully got over 30 points and continued to consolidate his position. Our Andrew also had a good performance last week, successfully surpassing many teammates and then reached to the 8th place. Eric followed closely by 3 points. Our excellent young player Benjamin once again rushed into the table, accumulating 24 points with Hardy, and tied for 10th place. Here we congratulate the above players.
在上周日青岛红狮一线队迎来了本赛季的首场比赛，在场上球员们创造出来了不少不错的机会，可惜临门一脚运气欠佳，一队球员们表现出来了顽强拼搏、永不放弃的精神值得我们红狮青训的小球员们学习。一场比赛正如我们的人生，在场上团结一致、奋勇争先，有时候也需要一点点运气，当然坚持不懈和努力拼搏才是我们的主旋律。好的，各位亲爱的小球员们，祝愿你们在追寻足球梦想的道路上越来越好，本期的每周青训速递暂告一段落，这周的训练我们将照常进行，让我们相约训练场，不见不散！
On Sunday, the Qingdao Red Lions first team had the first league game of the season. The players created a lot of good opportunities on the pitch, but unfortunately, our team lack a little bit of luck when taking the shot. The first team players showed their tenacity and hard work. The spirit of never giving up is worth learning from our young players in the Academy. We would like to say that a game is like our life. You need a little bit of luck and courageously fighting together with your teammates. Of course, perseverance and hard work are our main theme for both of life and game.
