青岛红狮与海牛U21进行友谊赛
3月23日，青岛红狮一线队一行来到青岛海牛训练基地，与海牛U21梯队进行足球友谊赛，青岛市足协主席杨鹏鸣，副主席陈刚现场观摩了比赛。
On March 23, the Qingdao Red Lions first team came to the Qingdao Hainiu Training Base and played a friendly football game with the Hainiu U21 echelon. Qingdao Football Association Chairman Yang Pengming and Vice Chairman Chen Gang watched this game.
青岛红狮继续深入备战新赛季，近一段时间球队考察了新一批的试训球员，球队的阵容框架日趋完整。红狮教练组在近期特意安排了教学比赛，希望通过以赛代练的方式继续考察试训球员，同时加强队员之间的磨合，检验近期的训练成果。
Recently, Qingdao Red Lions continue to prepare for the new season and the team has scouted a new batch of trial players, and the team's lineup framework has become more complete. The Red Lions coaching staff has specially arranged several training games in the near future, hoping to continue to scout and evaluate players by means of match-up training, and at the same time strengthen the teamwork between the players and evaluate the recent training results.
此次比赛共分为三节进行，其中第一节和第三节的阵容主要由试训球员组成，第二节的比赛中有部分青岛红狮主力球员参加。
The game was divided into three quarters. The lineups of the first and third quarters were mainly composed of trial players. In the second quarter, some of the Qingdao Red Lions' starting players joined the game.
在首节比赛中，青岛红狮首开纪录，在随后的比赛中红狮稳扎稳打，不断对对方半场进行施压，并创造出来几次不错的机会，可惜临门一脚运气欠佳，没有持续扩大比分。随着比赛深入，试训球员之间缺乏默契的问题开始显现，被对手抓住机会连进两球。第一节比赛行将结束之际，青岛红狮组织起有效的进攻，在比赛的最后时刻扳平比分。

As the game deepened, the problem of lack of tacit understanding between the trial players began to appear, and the opponent seized the opportunity to score two goals in a row. When the first quarter was going to an end, the Qingdao Red Lions organized an effective attack and equalized the score.
第二节比赛青岛红狮在阵容上进行了大范围轮换，派遣部分主力球员出场，其中张宗正、鲁毅、李俞秋都表现出了非常不错的竞技状态。在第二节比赛的开局阶段，青岛红狮便牢牢占据场上主动，不断在边路对对手的防线形成冲击。第5分钟，李俞秋主罚禁区前沿的任意球，可惜角度太正，皮球被门将没收。第10分钟，青岛红狮中场区域抢断以后迅速将球转移至右边路，边路球员得球后下底传中，张宗正在禁区内摆脱防守，顺势一脚垫射，皮球从门将手中滑过钻进球网，红狮在第二节比赛中率先取得领先。随后海牛U21进行人员调整，并在红狮门前制造混乱，将比分扳平。第二节比赛结束，比分最终定格在了一比一。在随后进行的第三节比赛中，红狮与海牛U21零比零握手言和。
In the second quarter, the Qingdao Red Lions had a large-scale player changes in the lineup and put some of the strating players on the pitch. Among them, Zhang Zongzheng, Lu Yi, and Li Yuqiu all showed a very good competitive state. In the opening stage of the second quarter, the Qingdao Red Lions firmly took the initiative on the court, constantly forming an impact on the opponent's defense from the side. In the 5th minute, Li Yuqiu took a free kick at the front of the penalty area. Unfortunately, the ball was taken by the goalkeeper as the shooting angle was not so strong. In the 10th minute, the Qingdao Red Lions quickly shifted the ball to the right after a steal in the midfield. The winger got the ball and made a center pass. After Zhang Zongzheng got rid of the defense in the penalty area and made a shot immediately. The ball slipped from the goalkeeper and drilling into the net, making Red Lions take the lead in the second quarter. Subsequently, Hainiu U21 changed some players afterwards and created an opportunity and equalize the score. At the end of the second quarter, the score was finally fixed at one to one. In the third quarter that followed, the Red Lions completed the game with zero to zero to Hainiu U21.
此次友谊赛期间，青岛足协主席杨鹏鸣，副主席陈刚现场观摩了此次比赛，并与红狮教练组进行了深入沟通。杨鹏鸣主席勉励俱乐部一定要充分利用赛季前的这段时间进行备战训练，加快球队的磨合。在条件允许的情况下，可以多进行几次高质量的比赛，通过比赛锻炼队伍，促进球队形成战斗力。青岛红狮非常感谢杨鹏鸣主席对于球队的关心和指导，教练组表示将再接再厉，在加快考核试训球员的同时继续提高训练质量，为新的赛季做好充分的准备。
During the friendly match, Qingdao Football Association Chairman Yang Pengming and Vice Chairman Chen Gang watched the match on the side and had in-depth communication with the Red Lions coaching staff. Chairman Yang Pengming encouraged the club to make full use of the pre-season time to prepare and speed up the team's running-in. If conditions permit, he hopes redlions could have a few more high-quality matches to train the first team and promote the formation. The coaching staff said that they will continue their efforts to speed up the evaluation of trial players and continue to improve the quality of training, so as to make full preparations for the new season.
