【Australia New Zealand EESS certification】Added 9 kinds of risk control products
Added 9 kinds of risk control products and relevant standards as below:

On 1st ,Mar,2013,Australia and New Zealand carried out uniform safety laws and regulations (EESS)for electrical equipment, it will replace original SAA certification and C-Tick certification gradually, Based on new laws and regulations ,electronic &electric products in Australian and New Zealand market must comply with local technical standards(safety and EMC) and certification requirements, and stick uniform conformity mark——RCM mark, so that their products can be sold in market .
All electronic & electric products are divided to 3 classes based on existing risks of products: High risk(grade 3),medium risk(grade 2) and low risk(grade 1).certification requirements for 3 kinds of products are different. But all products must required a local registration supplier ,manufacture or importer is allowed to ensure electronic & electric product's safety.
low risk(grade 1)
Suppliers must ensure products comply with relevant safety standards , reserve compliance evidence for 5 years after stop selling .
Medium risk (grade 2)
Suppliers must ensure products comply with relevant standards ,issued testing report by specified lab or organization, and register product's information at EESS database.
High risk(grade 3)
Supplier must ensure product comply with relevant safety standards ,issued testing report by specified lab or organization ,make product certification at specified organization to obtain qualified certification(CoC), and register product's information at EESS database.
Since 2013, there are 66 kinds of products in total are divided to grade 3 and grade 2 equipment ,these two kinds of products should be registered at EESS database.
