Public consultation on inclusion of new substances
in the Candidate list of SVHC
ECHA launches a public consultation on its draft recommendation of 4 substances to be included in the Candidate List of SVHC. Interested parties are invited to submit comments from February 29, 2016 to April 14. The consultation material will be join the SVHC candidate list in the mid of June,2016.
At present, there are 168 substances in SVHC candidate list, if the above are join in the list, there will be 172 substances. Waltek suggest the manufactures investigate the supply chains to confirm whether use those substances or not, and prepare to deal with them.
