The officialletter 002/Dconf of 04/April/2017 of INMETRO inform that all householdappliance under Decree 371 that stay in stand-by the EMC tests is mandatory.The decree 371/09 did not suffer any modification in this moment, as you cancheck on the standard IEC 60335-1 the item 19.11.4 request the EMC tests. Thisdocument will start to be valid in 04/April/2017, because is a mandatoryinformation from INMETRO.
