A Year Full of Celebrations

Across our locations, we come together for major celebrations that bring us closer as a team.

China: We celebrate Chinese New Year, Chinese Valentine’s Day, and Sports Week, along with smaller gatherings for Halloween and Christmas for our kids.

Vietnam: Tet, Valentine’s Day, and our summer BBQ give us opportunities to connect and unwind.

Highlights from Our Recent Spring Festival

This year’s Spring Festival was one to remember, with 2,450 attendees, two exciting lottery drawings, and eight amazing entertainment performances. It was a fantastic way to kick off the new year and recognize the hard work we all put in.

今年的春节活动令人难忘，共有2450人参加，两场激动人心的抽奖活动，以及八场精彩的娱乐表演。这是一个很好的庆祝新年的开始，也是对我们所有人努力工作的认可。

More Than Just a Party

These celebrations aren’t just about having fun—they’re about reinforcing the sense of teamwork and appreciation that drives us forward. Whether we’re sharing a meal, cheering on performances, or winning prizes, we’re building the connections that make us stronger.

“There was a special moment when I was on stage with people who have been with Strategic for 25 years or more. I was thinking… I’ve spent more of my professional life with them than anyone else. This was towards the end of the evening and we embraced in a group hug. When I saw the pride in each person…it makes all these years, including the very hard ones…worthwhile,” Managing Director Norman Cheng said.
