每年暑假开始前，葡萄牙工厂都会举行一次别开生面的夏日烧烤活动。它不像日常会议那样严肃，也不像进度会议那样紧凑，却是韬略企业文化中最温柔、最真实的体现。

这不仅是一场味蕾的盛宴，更是一种“以人为本”理念的自然延伸。

Beneath the golden Portuguese sun, our annual barbecue returns right on cue.

Before the start of each summer vacation, Portuguese factories hold a unique summer barbecue event. It is not as serious as regular meetings, nor as tight as progress meetings. However, it is the gentlest and most genuine manifestation of STG culture.

This is not only a feast for the taste buds，but also a natural extension of the "People First" concept.

烧烤现场：炭火之外，是温情

无论是新入职的年轻员工，还是工作多年的老同事，都在这一天围坐在一起，无需头衔与岗位的区隔，只需一份香气四溢的烤肉和一杯轻松畅聊的啤酒。

部门墙被打破，语言和文化的差异也因笑声而模糊。我们彼此认识得更多，也彼此靠得更近。

Whether it's the new young employees or the seasoned colleagues who have been working here for many years, everyone sits together on this day, without the distinction of titles or positions. All they need is the fragrant grilled meat and a glass of beer to spark relaxed, cheerful conversations.

Department boundaries have been broken down, and the differences in language and culture have also been blurred by laughter. We understand each other better and are closer to each other.

An employee said with a smile, "This is the moment I look forward to most every year, not just for the barbecue, but for the sense of belonging it brings."

This year’s barbecue, from the choice of venue, menu, and activity planning, to dietary considerations and a special area for children, was thoughtfully designed and organized by our HR and factory management teams, taking into account the voices and suggestions of our employees.

What we care about is not only efficiency and delivery, but also whether you had a happy time eating and chatting today, and whether you felt like you were "part of the team".
