广交会参展攻略:从准备到实战技巧
还有半个月,广交会第一期即将开展。无论是初次参展还是经验丰富的外贸人,提前做好准备都至关重要。
一、参展前注意事项及物品准备
- 着装要求:建议穿着简洁专业,正装最佳,以显示对客户的尊重。
- 物品清单:携带产品手册或折页、电子版二维码、名片、笔记本、计算器、报价表、展示盒、办公文具、充电宝、补给品、样品展示以及小礼品等。
- 推荐设备:携带平板电脑或三折叠大屏幕手机,以便于现场快速展示公司资料和产品信息。
二、展会期间的准备工作与沟通策略
- 建议实地探访同类产品展区,了解行业动态并收集竞品信息。
- 保持热情积极的态度,主动获取客户名片,并在现场尽快添加微信或WhatsApp联系人,加深客户印象。
- 确保将名片与社交媒体账号一一对应,可通过拍照、时间线记录等方式进行后续整理。
- 做好客户需求记录,便于后续跟进,避免混淆。
- 展会结束后尽快分析名片,并安排样品制作或工厂参观邀请。
- 若展位客流较少,可尝试主动前往同行展位附近接触潜在客户。
三、实用展会英文沟通模板
- 开场白:“Did you attend the same exhibition last year?”、“We sincerely hope that you will have a pleasant time here.”、“Is this your first visit to China?”
- 接待问候:“Hello, welcome to our booth.”、“Hello, how should I address you?”、“Is there anything we can help you with?”、“It's my great pleasure to meet you here in person.”、“Here is my business card. May I have the honor of exchanging yours?”
- 听不懂客户话语时:可用“I'm sorry, could you please repeat what you just said so that I can understand it accurately?”或类似句式请对方复述。
- 应对定制需求:“You can provide the required design requirements first, and we will provide you with detailed cost plans as soon as possible after the meeting.”、“I will immediately double confirm with the factory and send you the feedback via email as soon as possible.”
- 关于交货周期:“We have a large stock of this product for immediate delivery.”、“The initial delivery time is expected to be about two weeks and we will discuss the detailed delivery time later.”
- 价格谈判应对:可以配合同事营造艰难协商场景,告知客户如立即下单预订,将提供特别折扣。
