英语电话沟通实用技巧
电话号码表达方法
在表达电话号码时,建议每三个或四个数字之间适当停顿,避免混淆。如果遇到连续相同的数字,可以使用以下方式表达:
- 111:triple one
- 3344:double three, double four
- 5555:可以说 double five, double five 或 five, five, five, five
电话礼貌用语
不知道来电者身份时,可以礼貌询问:
- May I ask who's calling?
- Could I have your name, please?
接听公司电话时,应先报上自己的名字,如:"Hello, Mark speaking."(你好,我是马克)。
请某人接听电话的表达方式
- May I speak to Mr. Smith, please?
- Is Mr. Smith there, please?
- 若对方找的人正是你,可以直接回答:"Speaking."
电话留口讯注意事项
如果对方要找的人不在,可用以下话术说明情况:
- I'm afraid Mr. Smith is out of the office today.
- I'm afraid his line is engaged.
- …off sick today.
- …in a meeting.
- …on holiday.
同时可主动询问是否需要留言:
- Would you like to leave a message?
也可以请求对方代为转达信息:
- Could you take a message?
- Could you ask him to call me back? / return my call?
突发状况处理方法
通话过程中如果听不清、没听懂或需要纠正对方的说法,可以用以下方式解决:
- 听不清楚:Could you speak up, please? / The line's bad, could you repeat what you just said?
- 未明白意思:Could you repeat that please? / Sorry, I didn't quite catch that.
- 纠正对方说法:Actually, it's 16, not 60. / I think there's been a misunderstanding.
- 确认理解正确性:So if I understand you correctly… / When you say…, do you mean…?
