Title: Commercialisation Support Manager
Report to: Bulk Commercialization Manager

Role Description:
The role will be responsible for leading the commercialisation process amongst local teams and will provide the key interface with the central team. The successful applicant needs to develop an intimate understanding across all functions within the region to then facilitate development of action plans, sales plans, control and reporting systems. This role is critical to ensuring all local and Functional teams are aligned to meeting business case objectives and will be responsible for driving development of mitigation strategies in case the investment targets are not met.
Primary Responsibility:
Investment and Strategy
— Manage the commercialisation of Bulk Products for new investments in RGC
— Ensure each investment is executed in such a way to meet the original strategic intent and finance performance by
o Focusing local teams on critical success factors
o Identifying key risks and change issues
o Developing and agreeing the execution plan
o Developing the milestones, KPI’s and reporting mechanisms to ensure successful execution of each investment
— Support the ASU product manager to drive the merchant geographic expansion strategy into the areas
— Where needed develop a preload plan, with the necessary resources, capabilities to execute
— Working with PE, manage the timing of the delivery of the merchant ASU’s to reduce cost and drive successfully commercialisation
— Ensure utilises, land, power, water etc. are available for the merchant ASU’s
— Manage the production of the individual sales plans, ensuring volume growth, Retail vs Wholesale volumes, pricing assumption, contractual commitments are in line with the business case
— Ensure complete alignment with the tonnage commercialisation team on any new piggyback schemes.
— Working with the distribution department ensure there is a clear investment strategy for tanks and lorries and aligned with the sales plan
— Monitor competition reaction to our investment— Working closely with the Areas and Finance and control, this role will review current systems and processes, to ensure all relevant data is captured and reported as required. In the absence of such data / systems the role will define the requirements and work with IM and others to implement a solution. This role will monitor performance, consolidate and report and identifying key variances and ways to improve results.

Required Qualification:
5 years + experience in operations, commercial, sales ,marketing or in another related role
Programme/project management experience
Change management training and experience in leading change programme
Experience of operating within a global, multi-functional organisation highly advantageous
