Starting My ISIP At Linde
When I first learnt about the Linde ISIP, I didn’t hesitate to submit my application because I believed it’d be a great opportunity not only for my future career but also to experience advanced corporate business working environment.
My first impression of the Linde Shanghai headquarter was a colorful modern building located in the beautiful Jinqiao Office Park. I arrived at the office park about an hour prior to my interview, so I decided to walk around the park while waiting but the gorgeous garden and lake almost made me forgot about the interview.
After a friendly interview with Kyle, I had a chance to look around inside the office. The people seemed focused and hardworking but at the same time relaxed and comfortable which was quite different from my previous experiences in Korea because I had an impression that office staffs were always stressed and busy. Therefore, I was quite surprised and became more curious about the unique corporate culture at Linde.

After a long wait (actually it was only two weeks but it felt much longer), I finally got the internship offer and I was so thrilled about it. On the onboard day, I didn’t have to worry about the commute to the office because the shuttle bus service was provided by the company which was a really nice benefit to the employee. Together with the fellow interns, we learnt about the Linde corporate history, values and the current status which convinced us in many ways that the Linde Group is not only making profits but also caring the farewell of the sociality and our future generation as well, and that's the reason why the company was honored as the 2015 Top Employer in China.

I believe that I am fortunate to have this great opportunity to first hand experience the Linde spirit. I am truly excited about every task I am about to participate in and will value every moment of it. Here not only will I learn the various professional skills and knowledge but also experience the most advanced corporate culture that will expand my horizon in the time to come.
