Role Description:
Responsible for overall management of nitrogen generators and hydrogen production plant on TEDA site. The mission is to achieve the key performance indicators ( KPI’s) defined together with line manager.
Ensure all activities on site follows procedures and regulations.
Provide good service to internal and outside customers.
Primary Responsibility:
SHEQ:
Ensure compliance with SHEQ Policy (EMOC, PTW, Alert etc.) and local standard.
Ensure continuous improvement in SHEQ performance.
Ensure all operation processes and facilities used on site comply with the Group and local legal
requirements.Ensure all of the accidents, incidents, near miss and potential hazard are reported in time.
Production:
Responsible for preparing plant annual cost budget and cost control, capex plan, and HPO plan.
Optimize plants operation parameters and adjustment to improve plants running safely with high efficiency.
Make suitable production plan and implementation according to customers demand.
Responsible for daily production volume report, monthly KPI report and energy consumption report.
Define together with regional reliability team and implement maintenance activities.
Control operators follow operating procedures, safety behave and kinds of regulations.
Ensure all licenses required by government are on site and effective.
Ensure annual targets of the team reached to requirement.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Mechanic, Instrumentation or Chemical related with 3 or above years working experience in production management relevant.
Excellent oral and written communication skill in mandarin, and good reading and writing in English.
Good computer skill in the field of office work.
Strong management skill and work responsibility.
Good partnership building with internal and external department.
