Title: Operations Supervisor - Ju Lan
Report to: Plant Manager - Ju Wang

Role Description:

1. Responsible for overall plants activities of one or more production sites. The mission is to achieve the key performance indicators (KPI’s) defined together with Operations Manager.

Primary Responsibility:

1. SHEQ:
    - Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and quality local standards
    - Ensure compliance with the Process Safety & People Capability standards

2. Plant Operation:
    - Prepare the site cost and investment budget and keep control of it ensuring compliance
    - Assure availability and reliability of the plants aligned with regional objectives
    - Assure proper information data availability to interested areas (plant production database (P

PD), enterprise asset management (EAM))
 - Define together with regional reliability team and implement maintenance activities in the area
ensuring the proper use of defined systems and processes
 - Meet contractual commitments to tonnage and on-site customers and develop close relations

with them
 - Propose and execute improving initiatives following Engineering Management of change (EM

OC) principles
 - Proper follow-up and implementation of actions derived from performance and efficiency

reviews(PER´s)
 - Liaise with local authorities; ensure smooth operation of the plant.

3. People Management:
 - Coordinate the work of the plant staff and achieve KPIs
 - Assure people capability and Linde Management System + Standards (LIMSS) / Integrated
Management System + Standards (IMSS) training for the team
 - Hire, train, develop and motivate staff aiming to achieve company goals
 - Ensure cross-training workforce within the area assets

Required key skills (functional/technical):

1. Required well theoretic background of air/Hyco/PG&P.

2. Familiar with the application knowledge of related air.

3. Familiar with the principle and construction of the owned equipment, overall knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems

4. Strong skills of analyse and solve problem as well as execution , experienced ability of hazard indentify and control on site.

5. Good quality control background

6. Good level of leadership, decision making
   Communication skills

7. Mastered at PC and EAM/SAP system.

8. Fluent English and local language

Required Qualification:

1. At least 5 years experience in a related process plant operations or reliability activity

2. University degree in Engineering desirable in Chemical, Mechanical or Instrumentation
