Title: HPO Programme & Process Manager
Report to: Head of Performance Transformation

Role Description:
Key member of RGC Performance Transformation team, responsible for leading HPO Programme Management Office (PMO) to translate performance transformation culture target into reality through High Performance Organization Programme across Region Greater China, challenging and supporting the delivery of HPO margin impact target and ensuring sufficient governance process in place; Working closely with RPO/RSPO network to define and document best practice processes and ensuring end-to-end process integrity; leading functional HPO coordinator peer team to conduct process and data readiness review for Linde Template implementation preparation in RGC.
Primary Responsibility:
Own and maintain the overall HPO programme planning in RGC, including Asia JV and North China;
Shape and nurture the performance transformation culture as well as working closely with the organisation to execute projects that will deliver OP margin improvement on our strategy;
Work with the RPOs to define process roadmap maturity targets in the best interest of the business;
Work with RPOs to define the suitable KPIs including both Global and Local ones, and ensure continuous improvements culture embedded in organization;
Leader of Process Improvement peer team to standardize cross-function process (Joint work with Lean six sigma team). Key tasks of Process Improvement peer team:
- Conduct process review & audit to ensure completeness, effectiveness and integrity of cross-functional processes to align with coming Linde Template requirement;
- Set-up official platform to publish company level processes in standard format
- Ensure the awareness of process improvement down to shop floor level, and assist the training with the process owners to ensure fully buy-in from ground level through change management activities;
- Benchmark with leading RBUs for process improvement, and deploy best practices in the region;
- Work out solutions together with RPOs and LSS team for identified gap with benchmark;
- Share the lessons learnt and replicate the best practices across the business segmentsInvolve in process & data preparation for Linde Template implementation including coordination with cross functions, data cleansing, change management, interface with Global team, etc.

Required Qualification:
Bachelor degree is a must.
10 years plus working experience with minimum 5 years in managerial level in Operation, Supply Chain, Marketing
Successful program and process management experience
Individual contributor or managed a small team
Experience working in a matrix organization with diversified culture
Finance knowledge is a plus
