林德大中华区热招岗位 : ROC Supervisor, LLH - 联华林德远程控制主管

Purpose of the position:

1. The role is to operate N2 Generators, H2 plants and monitor GMS system connected to ROC (Remote Operation Centre) in a safe and efficient way. Meet market demand and fulfil KPIs agreed with the regions. Operate in accordance with Linde SHEQ policy, regional environmental standards and LLH CN customer's quality concern.

Principal responsibilities:

1. Achieve the process operations key performance indicators (KPIs) on LLH CN for plants connected to ROC

2. Take actions according to KPIs report, plant design value and work with RBU platform teams for improving the plants efficiency on LLH CN

3. Produce products according to the planned, quality and customer demand, aiming to maintain strategic stock levels

4. Support process optimization through the plant model by keeping it under control, safe and efficient

5. Keep the Data Historian, the Plant Production Data and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system updated

6. Generate reports as required, furthermore support operational audits

7. Identify and inform potential process safety risk

8. Apply the SHEQ Group Policy

9. Implement the Linde Management System + Standards (LiMSS) in LLH CN ROC team

10. Seek plants reliability improvement and reduction of unplanned cost of downtime

11. Participate of plants field activities when required

12. Provide supports for operations cost down

13. Manage the ROC team to provide the safe and efficient work

Required key skills (functional/technical):

1. Process plant operations experience

2. Good interpersonal communication skills

3. Understanding of operational processes within the electronical gas

4. Knowledge N2 Generator / H2 plant production techniques as well as plant reliability

5. Good English and management skills

Required Qualification:

1. 5 years experience in ASU/CO2/HyCO/H2 plant process

2. University degree in Industrial Process, Chemical, Electronic Engineering
