Role Description:
Deliver successful cost saving/revenue & cash generating projects by using the Six Sigma methodology.
Lead and coach Green Belts* to manage the scope of their projects, ensure timely and successful project execution.
Support the business to improve existing processes and to create new ones to become most effective and efficient, making best use of available resources using the Six Sigma methodology.
Ensure the sharing of best practices & learnings.
Drive the organisation to the usage of common tools and methods to come to quicker, more transparent, data based business decisions.
Primary Responsibility:
1. Manage projects and implement sustainable solutions:
Deliver successful Six Sigma BB projects, typically cross-functional requiring advanced Six Sigma tools & techniques.
Lead and coach GBs to ensure timely project execution and implementation of pragmatic, sustainable and accepted solutions.
Support identification and chartering of new projects.
2. Lead, train, coach and develop GBs:
Identify, recruit, lead, coach and develop GBs based on The Linde Group’s Six Sigma standards and according to the respective Six Sigma deployment strategy.
Support GB training and certification together with the responsible MBB.
3. Train and coach the organisation:
Train and coach team members on the use of Six Sigma tools.
Drive Six Sigma awareness through the whole organisation by delivering awareness trainings and supporting local Six Sigma communication efforts.
Drive cultural transformation towards Leading.
4. Reporting & communication:
Timely communicate and report project progress, results, deviations from the project plan and associated risks to all relevant people within area of responsibility. Recognise and reward successes and celebrate accomplishments.

5. Best practice and knowledge sharing:
Identify, translate and promote best practices in The Linde Group.
Actively participate in the Six Sigma network.

Required key skills (functional/technical):

Required Qualification
Experience in several functional areas is a plus
Experience in industrial processes management is a plus
Transactional process improvement experience is a strong plus
GB certification is a plus
Potential to take on increased responsibilities after BB assignment
Minimum total 8 years (and 5 years in Linde) of professional experience
