Title: Sales Support Officer, PCM
Report to: Sales Support Supervisor

Role Description:
To implement contract and pricing management process
To provide data support on annual price escalation campaign
To assist Implementation of HPO end-to-end best-practice business processes
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional resolution of complex queries
Primary Responsibility:
To implement new process and procedures regarding contract and pricing management with continuous improvement
Effectively and efficiently manage all customer contracts in Greater China, contract roll-over and price escalation extracting maximum revenue through this process
Implement Linde standard contracts
To provide data support on annual price escalation process and ensure all customer letters are produced accurately and within the time scales set by the Business
Ensure all the contract and pricing related data are highly secured and protected
Ensure clear, accurate and disciplined communication between CSC and sales team
Maintain a commitment to a safe working environment
To assist implementation of HPO end-to-end best-practice business processes

SAP Knowledge
Required Qualification:
Degree in business or any associated discipline
At least one years commercial experience, gained in a business to business environment
Excellent Microsoft office skill, master EXCEL & Power point
