Role Description:
Ensure tax compliance in business area and minimize tax risks with the growth of business
Provide tax effective planning to support business growth and resolve tax disputes
lead tax incentive program and provide tax training to business team
Primary Responsibility:
Update new tax policy with implications to business.
Develop and improve daily tax operational process. Frequently review and check tax treatment in business transaction and monthly tax return to identify potential tax risks and take action to minimize tax exposure.
Develop and improve tax compliance checklist and conduct tax healthy check to ensure tax compliance and internal control well implemented in business.
Prepare and update guideline on daily tax management to finance team. Organize and provide tax training and guide finance team to ensure tax regulations well implemented.
Coordinate finance team in tax inspection or annual audit.
Lead tax fighting and resolve tax disputes.
Identify tax incentive opportunities and lead tax incentive program with strong influence and cooperation across functions.
Provide advice and tax planning to drive business change to ensure tax efficiency and commercial viability.
Provide the support of tax analysis and policy consultation for new business activities such as M&A, liquidations, reorganization, capital structures and financing etc to ensure tax compliance and efficiency.
Coordinate external tax consultant selection. Develop and maintain good relationship with tax authorities and external tax consultant.
Keep good communication with global tax team.
Share tax best practices or experiences in the different business areas.

Fluent in both oral and written English
Required Qualification:
8+ years experience in finance or accounting in MNCs including 3-4 years tax professional management experience.
Bachelor degree with major in finance or taxation with CPA or CTA equivalent certification.
Excellent business sense and project management experiences.
