Role Description:
Drive Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence throughout the sub-region with the goal of maximizing sub-regional profitability.
Ensure delivery of sustainable cost savings and productivity targets in the sub-region.
Ensure delivery of maturity roadmap and Global KPI targets.
Works with the sub-regional leadership team and Regional Process Owners(RPOs) to identify, resource and implement process improvement projects.
Enables the organisation to come to quicker, more transparent, datadriven business decisions by using common tools and methods, including lean six sigma.
Communicates and replicates project & process improvement ideas with other sub-regions in South America.
Personally leads improvement projects to transform the sub-regional business unit and to drive continuous improvement.

Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English. Fluency in Spanish preferred
Required qualifications/experience:
Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or similar
MBA preferred
BB certificate (DMAIC and/or DFSS and/or Lean) from a recognized company, preferred
Demonstrated six sigma, re-engineering, business process design and analysis, or large scale change management experience required
10 years of experience in industrial processes management
